I feel bad for people who work there, they’re over worked. I did a clicklist pick up the nice young lady who came to my car seemed very stressed she was by her self with no help. I told her to take her time. She was young almost in tears before leaving I told her to never let a job get to her. I’m saying all this because it’s not the first time their clicklist department has had problems or had bad wait times. This young lady has always been super nice every time I’ve had a pick up order I expect her. She’s always been super sweet to my children also comes out with the best attitude. But the other night you could tell she was shutting down. I hope they fix the problem. Young people have the most drive and excitement but a job with bad management will take that away from them. I hope they understand these young people and not just push them away.

I really like this little Kroger’s. It’s close to my employer so it’s very convenient. Even thru the craziness this year with the “pandemic “ I have always been happy when I walked out the door. I did a pickup order yesterday. My substitutions were great. I even had to call before hand and the issue was taken care of with a thoughtfulness. Mason was wonderful and very efficient when he came out to the car. Even the week prior, Jeremiah was so nice on the register, even helping the older man in front of me and a more difficult customer just before. I shop at Teays, Barboursville and this Kroger depending on where I am and what I need. But 7th ave has the best customer service. Thank you.

Customers not wearing masks and employees wearing masks with their noses hanging out. Many customers too dumb to follow arrows on the floor.

Because they are not enforcing the governors law regarding wearing masks. People are walking around without any face coverings and no one is doing anything about it. I complained to the main desk and they said they are not allowed to enforce this law. We will not be visiting your store until you enforce the mask requirement.

Some one needs to get certified cooks.
I shop there often and will until they lock the restroom like save-a-lot. I hope that never happens.
