I had reservations at 6pm for my sister's birthday and arrived at 5:40, only to see a sign saying the restaurant would open at 6pm. While waiting, a chef came out at 6:15 to inform us that they could not open due to no server because they had family issues. We should have been contacted about this before arriving. Had a 7pm reservation scheduled a day or 2 prior. Show up at 6:55 only to be told it was going to be hour + wait! Improper planning and management. The waiter was nice but don’t expect very good service from this establishment. Seems management is going to manage this place right out of business with all the poor reviews lately
Showed up for a 7 pm reservation only to be told at the door that the available tables were for a graduation party. The host was kind enough to speak with the manager. The managers response was well they can wait inside but it’s going to be awhile. If they would have placed a warning for reservations that a party was being held we wouldn’t have even attempted. We learned this at the door. Terrible service and poor management.
