Echoing sentiments of earlier reviewers, I arrived here last night with my wife for her birthday to find the doors shut and locked. I had previously attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times throughout the day to confirm my reservation, but each time was met with prompt redirect to the business's now-full voice mailbox. That should have been the first red flag to me, but I was hopeful and just figured they were busy. You should not try to eat at this restaurant, let alone attempt to book a reservation there, until some sort of resolution is made between this establishment and the app. Best of luck to any who try and eat here - the food we had when we last dined at Cellar Door/ Le Bistro was amazing and we had been looking forward to a triumphant return. It's a shame that abysmal communication ruined that chance.

I had reservations at 6pm for my sister's birthday and arrived at 5:40, only to see a sign saying the restaurant would open at 6pm. While waiting, a chef came out at 6:15 to inform us that they could not open due to no server because they had family issues. We should have been contacted about this before arriving. Other customers with reservations at 5:45 were also left waiting. We were told that the owner was aware of the situation. This experience left us very disappointed, especially since it was for a special occasion. Hopefully, in the future, better communication and planning could prevent such disappointments. The chef was very friendly and helpful.

After driving an hour with a party of 8, we arrived to a closed restaurant. Someone was in there but the restaurant was closed with locked doors. The communication between open table and Le bistro is evidently null and void. We were so so disappointed and pretty upset as we were looking forward to having a special dinner there. Please keep updated information on restaurant hours a priority. I am completely dissatisfied with both Open Table and Le Bistro for this!

We made the reservation for 5:45p. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said they wouldn't open until 6. At 6pm no one opened the restaurant so we went to one across the street. They never did open their doors.

We waited to be seated while employees talked. Sat at our table for almost an hour with only water. One server on phone, one talking at bar. We left without ever being served.

They opened late, there were no servers and after 30 min we left because there was no one to take our order. And we really did want to taste the food

LeBistro's web page says they are open for brunch on Sunday's from 10:30a to 3:00pm, they were closed with no sign or other information posted. Just locked up. They really should not take reservations if they are going to be closed, and they should at least post a sign. Disappointed.

Had a 7pm reservation scheduled a day or 2 prior. Show up at 6:55 only to be told it was going to be hour + wait! Improper planning and management. The waiter was nice but don’t expect very good service from this establishment. Seems management is going to manage this place right out of business with all the poor reviews lately

Showed up for a 7 pm reservation only to be told at the door that the available tables were for a graduation party. The host was kind enough to speak with the manager. The managers response was well they can wait inside but it’s going to be awhile. If they would have placed a warning for reservations that a party was being held we wouldn’t have even attempted. We learned this at the door. Terrible service and poor management.

I have been here three times. Each time they have been out of a few of our first choices. No big deal. The remaining choices always exceed our expectations. If you are looking for a quick meal and to be on your way, this may not be the spot for you. We do not mind the extended quiet time while we wait. We actually get to catch up with each other and enjoy our time together. The atmosphere is great and the crew in the back are always hustling and turning out some of the best dishes we have ever had.
