The food is good, but after waiting the maximum amount of time promised by the app, plus another 10 minutes, I went in to get the order when it said it should be done over 10 minutes ago, but they had not even started my order yet. I had to sit around and wait the entire cooking time when I ordered it on the app 45 minutes ago. It's not even busy. These people need to pull their heads out of their you know whats.
So after waiting 20 minutes after the longest time it should be done, they finally handed me my order, but it wasn't even what I ordered!!!

I am so disappointed, we never eat Little Ceasars but we decided to give it a try tonight 9/19/24 ordered online as guest. We got there to pick up our food, to our surprise we were denied our food because we didn't have the confirmation # ok I had proof of my purchase from my bank account it clearly showed my name and the transaction ok you don't want to give me my food I want a refund denied instead I was treated very rudly ?! I hope they enjoy dinner on us tonight. Andy and Jeremy I do know it's my choice to never come back to little Ceasars no loss to you as I was told! Worst customer service I've ever received! YOU SHOULD NEVER CHARGE SOMEONES ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM WHAT THEY CLEARLY PAID FOR ??
