I ordered a white sauce pizza with light tomatoes on one side and made the other side plain. I went and picked it up, and halfway home noticed that the tomato side had onions, tomatoes, and chicken. I'd normally pick off ingredients, but it was covered so much that it would've tore the cheese off completely on that side. I took it back and they told me where I ordered on the website, they couldn't fix it. I didn't understand, because it was the Marco's website and not door dash. They said they must have accidentally made a Marguerita pizza on that side, but the Marguerita pizza doesn't have chicken or onions. I had to argue for them to remake it. I even double checked that I ordered right. After 40 minutes, which it usually takes them twenty, so I'm not sure if it was a rough day or on purpose, I got my pizza. It looked correct, so I got home and took a bite and it was just bread and cheese. The tomatoes were on the one side like I asked, but there wasn't a lick of sauce. I'm just very disappointed. I don't get pizza much because I get really sick and was so excited for this pizza only to get sick for an awful pizza. The pizza is usually amazing, the service is just very poor.

Just picked up an order. Ordered a white cheesy and literally got a pizza crust with cheese. No tomatoes, no bacon, nothing but cheese melted onto a crust. Live too far to drive back.

I think it would have been fine, but it was supposed to be curbside. I ordered that way bc I didn’t want to get my baby out of the car in the dark on 1st street. The estimated time came and went (20mins), totally fine sometimes things take longer. An employee had been standing in the parking lot talking to someone in a car for most the time we were there, it was not at all busy inside, finally 20 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready I got the baby out and went in. It was sitting under the lights. It said right on the ticket “curbside” with a description of my car and even where I had been parked for 40 minutes. Needless to say the food was cold. Def won’t be a regular place for us.

Stopped in here 20 minutes before close and some gentleman said they were closed yet the sign says open til 11 horrible customer service and the quality of the pizza has declined 300% in the last couple Years anyways .
Kid-friendliness: it is very clean they atmosphere is relaxing and the pizza and cinnamon squares are amazing ! I love them I order from here at least once a week sometimes more

Me and my kids loved there food also they gave us plates and napkins with the order so that was very cute clean up was fast and easy with them over all we gave this place 100 stars in my book

The manager went above and beyond my expectations. I was having a bad day on 2/24 and she went out of her way to make sure she put a smile back on my face to make my day a little better.
