Tried ordering a pizza for delivery there like we have numerous times before . But since Hannah doesn't want to deal with it she said they don't deliver here. Then when I told her they do she was quick to change it to well that depends on the driver whether or not they want to take it there, how many drivers we have etc ... Needless to say Hannah you have definitely turned me against Marco's pizza. If I have to come out to pick something up for dinner I'll just go to Papa John's.

This is far removed from Marco's Pizza. I grew up in Toledo, Ohio. I ate Marcos frequently and always raved about how consistent it was. This is fluffy and so lightly cooked like a Papa Johns pizza which i hate. Marcos always had a denser dough with a chew and a crunch to it, this is not Marcos pizza. This is Papa Johns crust with Marcos sauce and cheese.

We order pizza pretty regularly and I loved their chicken sub. I don't know what happened but the last few times ive ordered not only is the food wrong but what is on the sandwich is extremely sparse. It's about 90% bread and mayo. For $12 I expect some actual ingredients on my sandwich...

Been ordering from them since they started. I live maybe 1/2 mile from them and noticed they started hitting me with a delivery charge. That means no tip for the driver. The last time I ordered, I told them to make sure the driver could make change for a 50. Welp, he conveniently ( for him) was short. Hope he enjoyed his forced tip. It'll be his and Marcos last. I'm done.

I guess Marcos is using door dash drivers now. I got the notification that my pizza was ready and "on the way" at 5:50. Did not arrive at my house until 7:00.

Usually Marcos on 60 is my go to. Always consistent and quick. Something has definitely changed. Pizza was ready in a timely mannner, however, the food itself was below average. Pizza crust was chewy, asked for light cheese and that definitely didn’t happen. Extremely greasy and overall just not worth eating. Super disappointed as this has always been my safe go to for pizza.

Pizza was good staff could use some lessons with customer service. We were told we couldn't have a cup of tap water because the restaurant recycled water and it wasn't suitable for drinking. I'm concerned about how they make pizza, how the employees was their hands, and why recycled water would be sanitary. Sad the manager told us the water was recycled then changed his story before we left. Just being honest and getting a person a cup of tap water would have been easier than loosing business.
