Just took my 1 year old into the mcds on 5th in the west end , and they made my child’s day , they were all beyond friendly and made her smile ear to ear thank you for brightening her day.

McDonald's has improved significantly from before. The staff is now friendly and welcoming, making customers feel appreciated. The dining room was open for lunch, providing a warm escape from the cold. While the overall experience has become more pleasant, there are still times when the employees seem disinterested, especially at night. Some of the younger staff need better guidance on efficiency and how to deal with guests, but most employees try their best to get everything right. The food is usually good, though consistency can vary across the brand. Customers appreciate the fast service, and if something is wrong with an order, staff are happy to fix it. The restaurant is busy, but it remains one of the better locations, with plenty of parking, including for handicapped guests. It is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a convenient place for various visitors. The overall atmosphere has become more welcoming, and customers no longer have to deal with harassment from staff.
