The lady called me homegirl & bet & say less … they are so immature and childish it’s a shame to have children running your establishments I will never spend money here or at this location period ! Wish I could give this mcdonalds zero stars ... horrible customer service .. I got a frappe and it literally was like milk with caramel sauce 🙄 fries were plain and disgusting and when I asked them to remake them ..lady got a attitude and put tons of salt on them for spite.. they also wanted to charge me for a cup of ice..seriously .. sadly this is the closet mcdonald to me and my kids wanted mcdonald tonight .. the mcdonalds on ..route 60 was sooo much better ... its one of the worst mcdonald I have been to ..

Some of the younger staff need better guidance on efficiency as well as how to deal with guests. But overall, not a bad McDonald's. The food is usually good, which is not consistent across the brand!

Sorry McDonald's but until you can get the homeless or drug addicts from stalking both lanes and the entire parking lot of this place, you will never get my business again. I was terrified to even open my window to order through the drive thru. Absolutely awful.

I do not recommend this McDonald’s if you are ordering for food delivery or if you are dining in. The service is extremely slow. They make it appear that the orders are ready, but they are not by moving the orders to the serving side of the screen In order to fool upper management that they are doing a better job than they are. Plus the place is teeming with homeless people begging for money.

All I have to do is pull into the drive-thru and Mary knows my order for coffee.
Have been here several times. They are fast, efficient, and try their very best to get everything right. On that note keep in mind they are human beings and when 5,000 people are here at once, when it’s slammed sometimes not everything will be right. They can have off days sometimes but most times I’ve been here it has been a pleasant experience. If something is wrong with an order they will gladly fix it. It’s a very busy location and I frequent it a lot cause it’s one of the better ones.

Awful service. Unfortunately it’s the closest McDonald’s to my work. I’ve written this review after the 3rd time in a row they’ve messed my orders up. The staff is impolite, sloppy, and frankly all around disrespectful. I’d give it 0 if it were an option.
Update: Today was especially lovely! After not being at this location for a looong while, I failed to receive a part of my order, and in the process received a burger literally drenched in ketchup, seemingly out of spite as it was asked if it could be taken off as it was supposed to be plain. I was so angry I didn’t even notice until I was dishing out food that they didn’t include my brothers food at all. Scourge of fast food
