Loved the Christmas tree and music! So cute! Mackenzie was so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure it was such a good experience for me and my boyfriend! Love when I come across wonderful workers like her!!! Great experience!

You have cops running the store bulling customers .
I had made 2 orders and this is the 3 rd time cops have harresed the homeless.I do understand how security is needed .But on this day I guy had bought his meals .and ice coffee .I seen his insulin pen in his pocket head and cold out .I imagine his sugar was low
Before the gang of 6 cops and 1 behind the counter .
The cop did not ask him of any medical condition at As the cop started smiling as he
Started treating him I said he was diabetic he said stay out of it .
Only complaint is the cop that sits inside and today their kiosk were down. One time the food was cold and old as but everything else is decent. Oh no working outlets. Ya it is what it is.

I left this city in 2014 and have only been back 3 days now. Today was my first time ever visiting this McDonald's location. I got a $5 McDouble meal. Not only was my food hot and fresh, but the lady cashier who took my order (#30 Dine-in @ 1:44 pm) was nothing short of kind, professional and accommodating.

This is a good McDonalds and the night manager is awesome. The food is always hot and orders are pretty quick.

I want to share my concern regarding the way my son-in-law was treated by a manager named Julia. On September 24, 2025, he called work at 6 PM because his laundry had been stolen, including his uniform shirt. He spoke to staff, explained the situation, and was told it was not a problem—that he would be given a replacement shirt when he arrived. He was scheduled for 7 PM.
Despite that, he later received notice that Julia recorded him as calling off and being an hour late, which was not the case. I personally heard his phone call, and I know what was actually said. This kind of false reporting is unfair, unprofessional, and puts an employee’s livelihood at risk. He is a dedicated worker with a baby, a home, and bills to take care of same as her. Employees deserve accurate documentation and fair treatment, not personal bias or misrepresentation. Every time I've been around him while she is around, she is rude. And if you would like you can call and talk to me, I would be more than willing to talk to you. It's okay not to like people.You work with but it's another when you're obviously lying and doing things in front of other customers. And i'm pretty sure that there's laws in place to protect employees from people like her. He did not call and say he was going to be late at all. He called to let them know he was doing laundry and his laundry had just been stolen, but yeah, she updated it with yet another lie that's not okay.And you really do need to look into management
I respectfully ask that this matter be taken seriously and that the company ensures fairness and professionalism in how points and disciplinary actions are recorded.

Apparently this is what you get when you order a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and add lettuce. In what world is this acceptable to send out to people? Nothing screams “I hate my job and I don’t care” more than this. Train your employees better.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kobin at McDonald’s and I have to say he went above and beyond. He brought my order out to the car with such a kind and genuine attitude. He was extremely polite, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Honestly, his positive energy put a smile on my face and brightened up my entire day. People like Kobin are the reason customers want to come back. If I had a business of my own, he’s exactly the kind of person I’d want working for me!
