Thanks for the two “cokes” Didn’t notice til it was too late they looked like this, I thought I’d been given sweet tea by mistake, no it’s coke. Very flat and very nasty. McDonald’s coke is my favorite part of running errands and I can’t even enjoy them.

The manager, Brittany, was very rude to employees with customers in the store. She was talking to them very disrespectfully and in a demeaning way. It made me uncomfortable, let alone the employees. She was making them feel less than and embarrassing them! One girl had tears in her eyes. She does NOT need to be in charge of managing anyone. She should be trained in professionalis!!! Not to mention, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee took my order.
I tried to use a discount code from the app and it wouldn't let me. I pulled it up as I was waiting to order and apparently it timed out. The window closed on the app and the code didn't work. It said I had to wait to get another code so I lost the discount.

Parking: The drive thru runs right behind the parking and it's extremely hard to get out because of drive thru traffic

The new McDonald's model isn't customer friendly. Removal of drink stations and items necessary to supplement the taste of food or napkins. This is a national push that will lower sales for people wanting to dine in the restaurant. The restaurant has very clean.
