They seem to get your order wrong 50%of the time.. or it’s cold or to hard to even eat. .. not worth the money you pay for it!!!!

Order a number 6 with large Decafe coffee said be few minutes to make decafe it turn to 15 minutes when in got money back left. It doesn’t take 15 minutes a few minutes is 5 minutes tops! I love McDonald’s but NOT the Lavalette location.

takes a long amount of time to get food. fries are usually soggy. they always seem to mess order up. definitely not for me!

For one, they never say thank you back at the drive thru, they always just slam the window and don’t say it back. They have messed up my food several times and they are always out of everything in the store. I went in today and the lady at the register told me there was no hot drinks at all… Like I know it’s Mcdonald’s, but come on!

My Friend and I like stopping by the drive thru and ordinary food/drinks.But there can be some rude employees working there,trying to rush you and not being too friendly.And there are some good employees that work there that are really nice...improve your attitudes.

Waited five minutes with no other customers for a bottle of water. Called out twice to get someone's attention. The girl clocking out gave me my water while the girls in the back stood back and laughed. They were messing around and the inside of their restaurant smells like a locker room that has been shut up all summer. Yuck.Told them I was leaving a bad review and they laughed. So here ya go. I am there every single morning when they open. I get a coffee and my hubby eats breakfast.. Belle is always there with a smile on her face. She is so sweet and friendly. The first hour they open, they run with a skeleton crew so she is taking the order, cashing it out at the 1st window, making the food and then handing it out at the 2nd window. My coffee is always made perfectly. The food is always hot, fresh and made correctly. I'm not sure what her salary is but I can guarantee that it's too low!!

i’m fat so i’ve been to a crap ton of mcdonald’s to add up my points and this mcdonald’s is by far the grossest and most unclean one i’ve ever been in. like days old sweet tea making the floor sticky and poo stuck in the toilets. my fries are always hard and cold and i got a mcchicken that was hard as a hockey puck. at least they make a good frappe. love you tho mcdonald’s

Only ordered a cheeseburger in the drive thru. Was so nasty, hard and old wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Sad when you can't make a McDonald's cheeseburger and even worse looking on the manager.
