This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too. They got my order wrong 3 times in a row. First there wasnât any sauce on our pizza. Then they remade it and put way too much. We asked them to put the normal amount of sauce on it that we always get. So they remake it a third time and I guess out of spite they barely put any toppings on it the last time. We will never be back again this place is a joke..

Three times my family has ordered pizzas, and they have been messed up. When trying to get it fixed, you are put on hold and forgotten. Hang up, call back, put on hold and forgotten. Go somewhere else, especially at these prices.

DONT EVER ORDER HERE⊠my wife ordered from the store over an hour ago⊠told 30 to 45 minutes. These idiots canât answer the phone again for updates but were happy to already charge our card. Been on the phone with ever single level of customer service and no one answers⊠just an endless recording of how they are hiring for all positions (go figure). Literally order or go anywhere else. Even asked to speak to a manager⊠put me on hold again and no one will answer⊠gonna take a drive down to the store and see how they like people in their face.

We had ordered the big box special. The delivery service Door Dash, Jake the driver tonight, decided to steal our food, for which we paid $45! He tried saying that he handed it to my wife despite the fact that in the instructions, my wife states to call upon arrival. That never happened and we received a notification saying our order was delivered. He made the mistake of admitting as such via text messaging door dash app. I drove directly to Pizza Hut on 3rd Ave in Huntington, and Ashley the manager went above and beyond her job description to help. So kudos to Ashley. Thank you! As far as the door dash is concerned, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Door Dash gets a thumbs down and It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if the door dash doesn't get their act together soon, they'll wind up the door trash and no one will use their service.

I was on the phone for 40 mins trying to place the order. When the food came there was barely any toppings on the pizza and everything was over cooked. So I will not be ordering from here anymore. The price was ridiculous also and then to get the service I got and the quality of the food. I am going to continue to find somewhere that is more to my liking.

Very rude! It took 10min of me standing there before they acknowledged me and if I didn't already pay for my order online id walked out! Plus I dnt want to hear about who is sleeping with who when I am picking up my food!! Last but not least when I order extra mushrooms and tell them to load it down and I'll pay extra but I ended up paying extra but did not get extra mushrooms
Crust was tough, toppings too sparring, sauce didn't even fit the circumference of the Crust. Not enough cheese, could beryl taste the sauce. I can go on but I don't think it will make a difference

Ordered a âBig New Yorkerâ, picked it up roughly five minutes after it was marked as âreadyâ. Pizza was as flat as the cardboard box it came in, entirely over seasoned, and rock hard. I ate it regardless, wasnât good, but it was sustenance at best.
