excellent and fast customer service, I had the Red Bull mango smoothie. It was delicious! every employee and the manager was very pleasant to talk to and they're very knowledgeable about their menu and recommendations. 10/10

Smoothies are always made perfectly! ?Unfortunately, my smoothie spilled when getting into my car. The staff was super nice to come help clean my car and replace with a new smoothie, gold star customer service! ??

Best service and best açaí bowls in the tri state! The employees really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and make it a good experience for them! I go atleast 2-3 times a week every week for almost 6 months now, and I’ve never had a bad experience!

Best acai bowls around! I do wish they had strawberries in them, but still they’re amazing! Staff is always amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience here and I go atleast twice a week every week, I don’t live in the area but own a cleaning business in Huntington so anytime I’m down there- I stop in! They def give me then energy and keep me healthy to keep Nooks and Crannies Cleaning LLC operating and feeling good to give the absolute best cleans around! If you’re not going to pulp you’re not living your best life! Def stop in and try something out! They have so many options!

I enjoy the smoothies, but I don't feel like the service is great. I'm always told to pull around front and they'll bring my order out to me, and I've actually witnessed the kids working inside, goofing off, and they've forgotten to bring my order out to me. I've had to go inside to get it after waiting over 20 minutes.

I genuinely like the smoothies, wraps, and bowls here. I wfh and live minutes away, but unless the owners dad is working don’t expect any sort of customer service or hospitality from the staff at all. It’s uncanny how identical the experience is in a pretty poor way. I walk in and am not greeted, no one even turns to look at the door. There is one younger employee making an order. There are 2-4 standing in the doorway to the back of the store or in the back of the store (still viewable thru glass window), I walk to the counter and stand there. No one comes. Employees chatting amongst themselves and or on their phone. I stand there and wait. Usually the employee making the order comes to take my order and then goes back to make it. Today 3 employees stood around the doorway running their fingers under the faucet sink and discussing it (??) no one comes to the counter, no one acknowledges me at all. I stand there for several minutes. I leave. No one says a word. The food is good but easily replicable with a vitamix, produce, and a quick trip to drug emporium. Thanks for motivating me to head to Kroger instead to save money.
