Really like the people here on the evening shift. The guy working the window always makes suggestions if there's something u might not agree with exactly. Instead of just giving you whatever and you having to return later or call & complain.

Every time I’ve tried to order slushy their machine is “defrosting”. Outside tables are never cleaned and in horrible shape. Food has always been hot and good.

Slowest fast food in town. And the way the drive through is, once you get in you're stuck, so it can be really inconvenient if you were trying to get FAST food and now have to wait 30 minutes. Almost drove over the curb to get out.

The wait was 3 minutes or more to have my order taken in the drive thru. I purchased 4 small milkshakes. A small is $3.79 and the woman showed me the cup and told me that a small was the size she showed me, yes ma'am, I know the price is ridiculous for the amount, I still want my shakes. My shake seemed to be frothy and not so much silky, more air than milk. I ended up trying to drink more to no avail. I had to toss it in the trash. I will try food the next time, NO milkshake. I hope they redeem themselves, as Rally's is normally a favorite of mine.
Love their food alot but there in a less desirable location with the red light intersection. Service is friendly but forgetful. Love ghr Lovato
