The Chicken parm is my go to definitely hits the spot I normally get a side of sauce with it bc I absolutely love their spaghetti sauce 10 out of 10

I have never heard of this place I called to place a order and had questions and I got hung up on several times very bad customer service your food must not be that good since u can’t even answer the phone correctly

Me and my husband came here for a gala at the Marshall Health Arena visiting for our first time here in Huntington . This restaurant was recommended by our hotel for late night munchies when we got there we asked the Asian lady at the register could we taste the chicken salad. We tasted it but decided to go with the meatball sub which my husband requested that his bread be toasted with the meatball sub but as seeing the cook he saw the he just put the marina meatball inside a sub roll that wasn’t toasted he asked the Asian lady could she please tell the cook to toast the sub roll as requested please. The Asian gentlemen (the cook) shouted “ “we don’t want your money give him his money back”.The Asian lady told my husband he was being to difficult and he needs to leave . We left and told the couple thank you for your service. It’s sad that we we were treated in this matter. So disappointed I’m the overall service we received. If I visit again definitely not coming back here. Customer Service Horrible!!!
