I was surprised when using a card they hand u something to sign I'm thinking they need a signature but it doesn't require a signature it is asking u for a tip. It's not that I wouldn't leave a tip but feels a bit forced when u are handed a piece of paper with impression it's for a signature and u are to circle a tip option.If I come back cash only that way I'm not feeling forced to tip a certain amount. Hot dogs them self the meat the hotdog not the meat sauce the actual hotdog, it's very soft like that spreadable canned meat you can buy like amor hot dogs the hot dog it's self is Super soft. $3 per hot dog with a required tip if you use your card, will go to midway!! I've received a response that tip isn't required but when ur handed a piece of paper that requires no signature no one is going to hand it back blank that gives someone the feeling of a forced tip. That just doesn't feel right to me. Make it a signature required so it not implying a tip or making the customer feel forced to give one. The signature option allows the customer to pick. And my hot dogs were $3 each not $2.49 and no complaints on the meat sauce just complaints about the hot dog it's self is super soft. I used to luv this place but hadn't been here is a while because the location and was excited to bring family here but it was a fail. No one was happy. Girl who made hotdogs and handed them to us was nice. Just some of the business practices I'm not thrilled about and the hot dog themself I'm not happy about.

Wonky little drive-thru location, you enter from behind through the alley. Yes it's a chain, nonetheless a solid rendition of the classic West Virginia hot dog, always get the spicy sauce!

Good food but in this day and age a lot of us do not have time to sit in our cars burning up gas waiting in a drive thru line at a business that only has one person working inside. Please have two people working and open your lobby for take out orders. It is your business but that is my advice as a customer. A hot dog stand should not have anyone waiting over 10 minutes to be served.

Decent hotdogs, don't offer French fries. Also they always close early, made the trip for my dad to get a couple dogs and they were closed at 5:49, online says they close at 7p.m.
It was 5:47 p.m., and the sign posted read that the restaurant closed at 7:00 p.m. I was patiently waiting at the drive-thru when lo and behold the lights were turned off even though the open sign was still facing the drive-thru window. If you're going to close early, switch the sign from "open" to "closed." The complaint is not that the restaurant closed early, it was that there was no notice. That is rude.
