Schooner’s Waterfront Grille

We went here for the first time this evening & wanted to like it but however I will not be returning. We ordered bacon cheddar fry appetizer & the fries were very greasy. I had the shrimp skewer & the peppers still had seeds on them & nothing seemed to be seasoned. My husband had the Philly steak & he said it was okay but not worth $17.50, his side was hush puppies which had no flavor. I love hush puppies & these tasted like burnt cornbread rolls. My daughter had a cheeseburger & she said that was really good, other than they didn't slice up the onion & tomatoes very well so it was hard to use on the burger. The service was very slow & didn't even check on us. For a $90 dinner I'm disappointed.

Only been here once but it was the perfect lunch date truly. ❤️ Our waitress was nice, the ambience was stellar and I really enjoyed my seafood pasta with all the fixings. I can't wait to come back again in the future

Nothing NOT to love. Food was great, service on par, but that view of the river with a cool breeze in the air on a hot summer day was amazing. I cant believe we just stumbled across this place by accident. We will be back many times to come.

Pretty poor experience from start to finish. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out well done. Took a little taste of that and the potatoes… the entire dish was completely devoid of any salt. I ordered the fish sandwich instead since I didn’t trust them to make a steak properly after what I had received. It was also terribly bland and devoid of any salt.

On top of the food being tasteless, the service was some of the worst I had had in a while. Our server took over 10 minutes to return to the table after I received my steak well done. I had to flag someone else to find her so I could even send the steak back. Then at the end of the night, she took over 15 minutes to grab a box and the check.

Overall just a very poor experience. Will not be returning.

Schooner’s Waterfront Grill is absolutely a gorgeous venue! The food was great and service was great. I loved it! Will definitely eat there again!

The food was excellent and our server was very accommodating and professional. We were with a large party celebrating my mother's birthday, and we reserved tables inside and upstairs. It was incrediblely warm even with the air conditioning running. Everyone was sweating by the time we left.

I was here for and hour and thirty mins and haven’t recieved our food and only got salads for the people who got them but They did bring out chips and salsa for us because they can’t get our food and we were here for a whole hour longer then three people before us and they got before we did and our table was dirty
