Paid $41.00 for a family of four for it to taste like absolute trash. And waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes! If you’re in the area just order the family burger meal from TEXAS ROAD HOUSE for $46 after tax! And wait a small amount of time for to-go!
Will never return, workers standing inside taking their time when there was no reason, not busy AT ALL! I know why! Very abrupt behavior as well, even when asked what sauce I wanted. What a joke. Unpleasant. And the drive-thru window needs a wipe down!! Gross!

Horrific. Most of my food was nearly inedible. Stale bread - solid. Around 50 jalapeños on 1 chili cheese dog. A strange liquid in the bottom of the cardboard hotdog boat. One of 2 drinks was not what i ordered. Spent entirely too much money for this. Their phone isn't working. Called corporate. Stay away if you value your money or decent food.

Sonic workers need to do better. Leaving a walk in customer at the front and not waiting on them because they don’t want to do their job & then disconnecting the phone so no one can answer is ridiculous. Management needs to do better.

Waited 45 minutes to get this soggy burger. My husband had to go back in to get the fries they missed. Bathroom was absolutely horrific, soiled TP on the floor.
Before I went in the bathroom I saw the employees standing around on their phone with a full drive through and us waiting on the curb for a soggy burger for 45 minutes. Never going back there again

Service is quick. Great selection of food menu items. Plenty of drink menu options.

Prices are fairly reasonable. I always use their mobile app and order ahead. You get lower menu prices and daily deals that aren't available to you if you just order through the drive thru or order at the stall.

If you order ahead on the app you can choose a pick up time. The app will say that the kitchen will Start preparing preparing your order at your pick up time, but they do not, so don't get worried if you don't make it there by your time.

When you get there, you pull in to any stall, pull up your app, hit check in and enter your stall # and THEN they will prepare your fresh food and drink in a timely manner.

Waitress works as quick as she can. I'm not sure there's more than the one who works days during the week. Anytime I've been there she's it. She runs herself ragged back and forth between the restaurant and the stalls on both sides of it.

Only downside to the place is its a Nightmare to get in and out of unless you're in the right hand lane when you go. There's no way of turning into it coming the opposite direction trying to turn Against oncoming traffic on Rt 60 that cost to Walmart.

Tried to order in the store- somebody came out and wrote down our order and never had us pay, then went in the kitchen for 20+ minutes. While waiting someone else had their order taken and payed for their food immediately. The drive through wasn’t busy, and the lobby was empty. I get being busy but it was literally the opposite. Waited 5 more minutes before leaving, don’t think they even put the order in considering we weren’t ever asked to pay. Didn’t seem like much was going on in the kitchen but maybe the drive through is better/faster.

I have both ordered and been a DoorDash driver that has experienced the worse customer care possible. I am from the Midwest and this sonic is an insult to them all. It should not take 8 mins. To get 3 small slushies, a rt 44 soda, and a cold brew.. I shouldn’t have to wait in a bay for 30 mins while you have 6/7 workers, but only 2 doing anything. By the time you get the food, it’s like warm at best 9/10 times

I love this sonic and sonic in general but they are absolutely horrible with time management. I usually have to wait between 15-30 minutes for my mobile orders. I don’t mind waiting but when you place the order online and even arrive before pickup time you shouldn’t have to wait.
