Day of Hotdog fest I bought a water for my pregnant wife. Cashier was super nice. Walked outside for a minute to meet up with our 10 year old little cousin and look at the show cars. They come back in while i go to get a hotdog. Different cashier was there. Refused to refill my wife's water because she walked outside. They then asked to buy another water cause she and our little cousin was very thirsty as it was almost 100 degrees outside. The new cashier said they cant sell water by itself but its free with purchase. They didnt want anything other than a water. She refused to just sell them a water and then started to kick them out when they just decided to leave when i got back and just buy a water from one of the many hotdog stands. Its just crazy to me that she refused a pregant woman and a little girl a water and was going to kick them out of the AC, especially after we had JUST bought something a few minutes prior, but just stepped outside for a bit. I wish I got that cashiers name cause it was only her that was an issue. Everyone else was fine when we went in previously.

I usually love going here to get my coffee, but today was a different story. It is over 90° outside and I was going in to get a refresher when I noticed it was the same temperature outside as it was inside. I look behind the counter and the workers are slammed with orders trying to keep up and looked exhausted from the heat. They did inform me that the air conditioner was not working and it hasn’t been fixed yet. Very great customer service despite the working conditions that were given to them, but it was definitely not a safe temperature for them to be working under.
Drink was great and will definitely be back if the air conditioning is working!

I have been a morning regular for a couple of months now, so I am only familiar with the morning crew, but they make my mornings - every single morning! I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled because they are seriously the best and go above and beyond! I don’t know that I would be such a regular if it wasn’t for them!

I wish they would bring back their raspberry syrup nationwide!!!!! I miss it so much. I don't even go to Starbucks anymore because they dint have it. I used to only get refresher drinks and so did my husband,he doesn't like coffee, and we talk about it all the time how we wish they'd bring back the raspberry syrup. It changes so many of their drinks to something even better!

This has to be the most efficient Starbuscks I've ever been too. I probably get coffee or food from here about twice a week. I order from the app and it takes me 2 minutes to walk from my job to get here. I'm in there another 3 maybe 6 if they are busy and I'm being handed my stuff. They are quick! Friendly! They have my business for life if they stay like this. Mind you, it's the employees that make this place! I can't remember her name but there is a girl here who is just ON THE BALL. 10/10

I love coming here as a college student to do my work and I stop by when I go to my art classes. A few months ago when visiting with my boyfriend and service dog I was pleasantly surprised when they asked a customer who brought their pet in (pulling at the leash and trying to get to us and barking/ whining) was asked to leave immediately upon entering and they stated that “only service dogs are allowed” I was so happy to see a business taking service dogs seriously and caring for our well being. As an anti-social person it can be hard to stand up for myself and before my partner could say anything the barista came to our aid! I’m just beyond grateful for the appropriate training and approach taught for service animals! Thank you, will come again!
