My wife, daughter, and I ate here for the first time, and the hostess very kindly explained the menu to us. The food was incredibly delicious with generous portion sizes. If you like ramen and Asian cuisine, you'll love Stellar Noodle Co.

My favorite place in the tri-state area. Wonderful food. I get the Tonkotsu with the pork belly, add kimchi for a nice spice. Small joint, more for a small party or quick date.

Everything I've had here has been good Except the kimchi. I'm not sure how it can be labeled as kimchi as it is only cabbage dusted with gochugaro. It's not even slightly salty or tangy. Everything else is good

I tried Stellar Noodle for the first time because a friend raved about it being good. They were right, it's pretty delicious. We had 2 diff ramen bowls. Mine was shrimp and he had pork. Like most ramen houses, the proteins were overcooked which i can deal with because the soup is good. His pork was super chewy(not pork belly). My soup was Miso. Will definitely eat their again and try more things. The pork belly bun someone else had looked good. Also gotta try a vegetarian ramen next time with a diff noodle. The waitress was attentive. All over good eat. Def modernized japanese noodle place.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but i can't remember if they are clearly marked so definitely ask.Parking: Street parking with paid during the week and free weekend daysKid-friendliness: Very small place so there are 3 tables with 4 person seating. If you have a big crew probably get take out

This was the first time my wife and I had eaten here. We're glad we did. We've now found a new spot for bao buns and ramen..... and don't have to drive 2 hours away to Columbus or Cincinnati to do so. The service was great and the ambiance was very chill. As the pictures show, the food was delicious, hot, and came out of the kitchen fast. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go back.

One of my favorite spots when I’m in town. Food is tasty and affordable, and the employees were polite and professional. The wakayama ramen is my favorite.

This is my very favorite restaurant in Huntington! I absolutely adore it here. I always get the bibimbap and cucumber salad. Delicious! My only criticism is that if you get the food to go, the cucumber salad comes in a little paper tray box thingy and the juices from the cucumbers melt through it. I got home to eat and my entire bag was wet. Annoying, but not bad enough to take a star off. Hopefully they will change this! They are a bit more expensive, I spent almost $30 on this meal alone, but these days that’s just par for the course. And I am happy to splurge for such yummy food.

The food was, overall, alright. The pork belly tasted good but the tonkatsu broth was bland and there were way too many noodles. The service was good; my food was ready on time. I might try again with a different dish.

Good place all in all however I ordered the tonkotsu ramen dish, they seemed to get half of it correct as the pork belly seemed too thick to be actually pork belly and the noodles were more spaghetti noodles than ramen noodles. Broth was good, the fish cake as garnish was okay but way too thin. For 15 bucks it wasn't bad. It tastes good just not what I think of when I get ramen.
