This was the second time, doing online order. Requested that the subs be toasted and sweet peppers on two subs. Didn't happen again, placed the order. Took 15 min. To get their, than had to wait for 20min. For four subs

I haven't had a sub in a while and really looked forward to it! I always get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. I was disappointed when I took a bite and thought I broke a tooth or something terrible when I found two sharp pieces of cut up bones in my meat. This has never happened before and I was surprised to find it in my sandwich. I think they need to be careful when preparing the meat. If it's prepackaged they should contact their supplier.
