Taco Bells food has gone so far downhill. Every time I get tacos they are ruined before getting home. Saturated meat that makes the shell break down. The people working are typically friendly, but they really can't do much about a poor quality product. They make what they have to.

They loaded up my order and didn’t forget about all of the modifications that I made to my order. I’m a foodie so I love adding extra stuff to something that’s all ready good to go. The customer service was superb and the manager lady was very helpful.

Made a late night app order. Shaun the manager refused to hand it out the window to me because I was not in a vehicle on the icy roads. When I had another customer pick it up in a vehicle, he still refused to complete my order, even after it was paid for. So he basically stole 20$ from me.
I have tried to visit this particular Taco Bell three different times and haven't succeeded. I don't think I'll try again. The drive through employee said she couldn't give me my mobile order because it hadn't "popped up on her screen" and told me I had to wait in the parking lot until it did so. She said it took 10-15 minutes. My card had been charged for it so I told her to just refund the money to which she said she couldn't again until it came up on her screen. She yelled it at me, quite literally, over the speaker in the drive through. I drive on through to turn into the parking lot, and look at my phone and my refund had been issued. I doubt I will ever be visiting there again. Too many other fast food places to put up with unnecessary crap.

i was sitting in the drive thru , and i was politely rushed to get my order. i had to repeat, “ i’m still looking “ atleast three times. either the person at the drive thru wasn’t paying attn or they were in a rush for no reason, so i place my order and the person taking my order had to change my order 3x bc either they again wasn’t listening, or they were being a d*ckhed. so after repeating my order 3 plus times , i was instructed to pull to the window and pay for my meal. i drove home, and went to eat, and my wife immediately protests that her chalupa cold. so i take a bite of my cantina bowl, it’s cold too. so what we doing now, serving cold food?

I generally like Taco Bell. It has its moments that they are super slow, but this time the food was cold and I didn't get the double stacked taco I was wanting to try. I got instead a dorito taco. I guess that made up for the missed double stack but I really was wanting to try that, so a little disappointed. At least I didn't wait 30 min in the drive thru.
