Food at the taco bell that's near the huntington mall was good but the service was extremely slow they took care of the drive thru more while leaving customers in lobby wait for 30+mins on their food

After standing at the counter for over 15 minutes without any of the employees taking my order or acknowledging I was even there I decided to leave without placing order. Store has gotten to where they only want to do drive-thru, service at this store has become a joke.

Went through the drive-thru at around 6pm, on a Thursday, and got a couple items for a couple people. When I got home, I was missing an entire box! I called before going back, told them exactly what I was missing, and they told me to “bring my receipt” and they’d sort it out for me.
I brought my receipt to the window, and the manager asked, “where’s the bag?” and I said, “at home?” and he told me I had to have the bag in order to get the missing items? Like dude? It’s like 8 dollars? Just give me my stuff?
The people at the window were really nice, and I’m sure they’re great, and I understand the bag thing is probably company policy… but dude. I just want compensation. :(((

I really appreciate the staff here, every time I place an order at 3:30 a.m., whenever they close at 4:00 a.m. they never disappoint. Very well mannered and polite. Always a go to when I feel I need food very late in the night, PSA: 2 of my orders have been wrong (only when it comes to sauces) within the past 4 & a half years of living here. Again, great staff!
