If I could rate this place ZERO STARS, I would!!! I have gone here a few times and have never had a great experience and tonight I was hoping for the best but this was the last time I will ever eat here again! I went in the drive through and gave the guy my order and the order would not show on the screen, so I asked politely what I have ordered and he purposely rudely spoked with a bad tone my order back to me as fast as he could to the point I could not understand him. NEVER has someone been so bluntly rude to me. I tried to be friendly and understandable that he must be having a bad night but to be treated in such a manner is very unprofessional and unfair to a customer that has done NOTHING wrong! I checked my order and drove home and get home to find that my overpriced $6.00 Crunchwrap supreme that I asked for no tomatoes, and shows no tomatoes on the receipt, has tomatoes! At this point I am so aggravated and angry with this Taco Bell because of the lack of care and bad customer service. I don’t believe they will ever be better.

Spent 40 dollars and asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes and they missed my chalupa it’s the Rt 60 Taco Bell then I tried calling like 5 times just kept getting hung up on I will call tomorrow and talk to someone thank you Taco Bell for a easy night

Their employees are poorly trained. Had a mobile order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged.... everyone in the back doing whatever. The kid making the food finally got to work after someone pulled up through the drive through. Kept giving me the side eye. Food was garbage... mostly tortilla, hardly any filling.
It was freezing. Even employees were wearing coats. The lettuce in the yocas is bagged lettuce. Made me sick. Cashier was new but everyone had to learn. No problem with that.
