If I could rate this place ZERO STARS, I would!!! I have gone here a few times and have never had a great experience and tonight I was hoping for the best but this was the last time I will ever eat here again! I went in the drive through and gave the guy my order and the order would not show on the screen, so I asked politely what I have ordered and he purposely rudely spoked with a bad tone my order back to me as fast as he could to the point I could not understand him. NEVER has someone been so bluntly rude to me. I tried to be friendly and understandable that he must be having a bad night but to be treated in such a manner is very unprofessional and unfair to a customer that has done NOTHING wrong! I checked my order and drove home and get home to find that my overpriced $6.00 Crunchwrap supreme that I asked for no tomatoes, and shows no tomatoes on the receipt, has tomatoes! At this point I am so aggravated and angry with this Taco Bell because of the lack of care and bad customer service. I don’t believe they will ever be better.
