Really gonna have to get rid of the old woman that works drive-through that can barely talk. Super rude!! She used to work at the Taco Bell near the Barboursville mall don’t know what happened with that situation but I’m here to tell you she never gets any order right and then on top of that she’s super rude. I never get the right taco when she works drive-through which that’s all she works. And instead of me, trying to go back through drive-through to get my order replaced I’m just gonna make it own that don’t waste your time going to Taco Bell anywhere near Barboursville or Huntington because 5th Ave., Taco Bell is probably the worst second would be the Taco Bell near the Barboursville mall!!!! If you go to the Taco Bell near the mall in Huntington Barboursville, whatever you want to consider it you’re gonna wait at least 10 minutes at the speaker before they take your order because they can only do one CAR at a time! I remember being a teenager and when I work drive-through, I had to multitask but people these days or at least at Taco Bell do not know how to do that so they either need to have somebody else worked in drive-through or something because this is getting very old! Car should not be lined up to a red light and drive-through at a Taco Bell. It’s very unnecessary on top of that if you don’t wanna work drive-through or fast food, go home or find you a different job because it gets very old having to deal with an old woman that’s very rude ! And I shouldn’t have to make multiple reports for something to get done because nothing‘s been done yet. Get rid of the old woman or get your crap together because I know I’m not the only one complaining. I hear everyone in line at drive-through complaining that these people can’t do their job properly McDonald’s and Wendy’s and Arby’s get you through drive-through less than 10 minutes Taco Bell‘s in this area do not because they can only take one order at a time and then have to hand the order out for them to proceed with the next person at the speaker that is super unacceptable Find new people.
I have never been to a taco bell where they just throw everything in the bag. My chips, fries and tacos just thrown in like they didn't care. Cold fries and tacos. Never again will I go to that taco bell

The specific location needs to start getting it together first it was the mall Taco Bell, which they’re still terrible now I’ve been coming here and the older lady that was at the mall. Taco Bell is now at your Taco Bell and she’s rude! Should definitely not be having her working drive-through if she doesn’t know how to put a smile on her face and act like she likes her job because I feel like I bother the woman every time I come through to get my food! I mean, nobody wants to deal with that type of attitude for no reason and if she doesn’t like her job, maybe quick? Because switch and Taco Bell’s clearly didn’t help the situation. So now to move on to another Taco Bell, where I don’t have to deal with attitude!

Great place for a quick snack and soft drink, lot's of choice's for a pick me up, when you are hungry but don't need a full meal.
I'll start here: Which dishes do you recommend? Nothing at this place. Who ever the crew working on Saturday Aug 31st 2024 should be fired! I got my order from the app. Picked it up and not one thing was edible, had to be trash the entire meal. One example was the "Pintos and cheese", it looks as if it was made a month ago. This is normally the best Taco Bell in the area, but not now.

Started with a long wait in a mostly empty lobby that lead to my order being half listened to requiring me to repeat myself multiple times, a overly stressed out manger because she had to deal with recent drunk customers in the lobby ( annoying yes but also.....it's a taco bell so yeah kinda should be expected ) and then multiple missing items that when brought to their attention acted as if I was lying and made me prove it while being very rude the whole time. Then made multiple items wrong amd had zero sauce in the bags after all said and done...... untrained or unmotivated staff with equal management skill issues....

Where to start, the counter person acted very put out to take my order, the floors were so sticky and tables were nasty. Burrito shells were so tough and dark they were unappetizing. I've found locally that the Rt 60 location near the mall is the only location to eat at.

All the sauce packets (9) had a black sticky substance on them. They look like they had been picked up off the floor. Two were stuck together. They were filthy
