Disappointing visit. We were told to order at the kiosk, which didn’t even have the full menu available. They were out of medium cups and gave us large ones—but didn’t bother to fill them up, which felt lazy considering how overpriced the drinks were. Beans were dry and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. Worst part: found a hair in my cheese dip. Won’t be coming back to this location.
This is literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and it’s convenient for a lot of hotels over here. I got the $6 build your own luxe cravings box (online exclusive but I still ate inside) and I got a beefy five layer, crunch wrap, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. The beefy five layer was actually hot and it has a lot of beef in it. The crunch wrap also had the nacho cheese that they have on the cheesy fiesta potatoes and the beefy five layer burrito. It was also really full. The potatoes were also really good.
The food is usually fine but it is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. There are multiple locations in my area and they all operate like a normal fast food place but this specific Taco Bell location I don’t even know what they’re doing so unless you have 45 minutes to kill to wait for a taco don’t go there

Stood in front of the counter for over 5 minutes with employees chatting and looking at us just to finally tell us we had to use the kiosk. Then after dealing with thkiosk 3x or more as long as it would've taken to just tell them our order we realize the kiosk doesn't even take cash. Everytime at this location it's something. From them not being able to open on time bcus employees don't show up or taking forever to get your order. We'll drive up an exit from now on to go to another.
The employees are always nice and friendly but the food is never made the right way.

This Taco Bell is the closest one to me. After tonight, I won't be going back. I placed my order on the app before I left my house. When I got there, I was the only car in the drive thru. I then sat at the window for 15 minutes (8:17 to 8:32pm) before I got my food. The reason I got was because they had ONE order in the lobby that was ahead of me. So it took them 15 minutes to make two orders?

The wait was really bad. I got in line at 12:19 and didn’t get my food until 12:47, almost 30 minutes later. The food was delicious, well made, and warm. I just can afford that kind of wait on my lunch break.

Well… don’t count on it for Breakfast… here I am at 7 am, signs posted everywhere BREAKFAST … after other customers joined me in line, the lone employee finally started communicating with folks (and KUDOS to him for SHOWING UP TODAY ?)… but he shared they don’t have any employees to open the store today… ? dare I say MANAGEMENT ??!
Not the first time massive delays and observable chaos and friction among employees has been observed at this location. Sad that such a spot right next to the interstate, right down the street from hotels, Kinetic Park, and Huntington High School, can’t capitalize enough on traffic to afford or retain employees, and can’t afford or retain employees long enough to capitalize on traffic… Good luck. But get it together ?.

So, after driving for a couple of hours, I was hungry and had to use the bathroom. After crossing the Ohio Bridge, we saw a Taco Bell on Washington Ave in Huntington WV. I went in to use the restroom, wash my hands, and then eat a big meal. As I approached the bathroom, I saw those pesky push button password locks on the doors. I went to the counter and asked urgently for the combo. The girl told me I had to make a food purchase before I could use the bathroom. I informed the girl that I was there to eat, but that I urgently had to use the restroom and wash my hands, but I would be ordering. She refused to give me the code unless I placed and paid for a food order. I was flabbergasted. Now I was well dressed, and didn't look like some bum, if that was their problem. I asked for a manager, and she smiled, exposing a lack of teeth and a small beard, telling me I had to place an order. Frustrated and feeling a small trickle going down my leg, I turned to the kiosk to start my order when another customer informed the manager that he placed a food order and wanted the bathroom code. She then whispered it to him. He told me the code, and I was off. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT KIND GENTLEMAN. After using the bathroom, I placed my order, which that manager insisted on making. I watched her like a hawk. The food was fine, but it will be a long time before I go to a Taco Bell again.

This is by far the nicest cleanest Taco Bell I have ever seen or been to in my lifetime of 59 years! Very friendly well staffed location and everyone is on point to help you before you need it! Best place to bring your service dog because they will treat your dog if you let them. indoor and outdoor settings for up to 10 people at a table. tv for your viewing pleasure. Well manicured lawns and beautiful-looking property.

Building has lovely high end interior design. Staff was friendly but neither of the items I ordered were made correctly. Did not get chalupas—was more like a burrito, and Crunchwraps were missing crunchy tortilla.

Got a cheesy chalupa box and strawberry lemonade freeze on 7/25. Everything was accurate, fresh, and good. Customer service was great.
