Typical franchise. This location definitely had to make sure they got their drive thru customers done first. I waited 15 minutes for 4 little soft tacos with just meat and cheese. I ordered through the kiosk.

I was discriminated against. The guy would not take my order at the counter said they only use the kiosk. There's so much wrong with this. From a legal stand point. I could not see the screen did not have my glasses, an some ppl in this world can't read or understand there system an Im not a employee. You take someone's order to be a sales man/woman to help the costomer get what they wabt and need. I wont be doing your jobs for you. We are so desperate to disconnect from each other. Whats happening to amarica.

I came tonight on 10-6 at about 8:15pm and I'm going to tell you this was hands down the best Taco Bell I've ever been too. I got a steak grilled cheese burrito, cheesy gordita crunch and chili cheese burrito and the food honestly looked like the pictures... Y'all need to keep that crew working every night.

Came through the drive thru the other night happen to look in my bag and there was a fake nail in the bottom of my bag with my cinnamon twist. I then decided to bite into my taco and there was a black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. While im in drive through waiting for forever I see a skinnky girl with black hair and glasses shaking their rear end by the window. This place is absolutely unprofessional wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was clean and new. They made a mistake with my order, when i told them, they immediately remade it and gave me free stuff. No attitude or hesitation. That goes a long way when i don't have an employee gaslighting me, telling me it was my mistake, or trying to make me feel bad for saying something. It's a low bar, but this place raised it!

This whole place and visit was Trash. Go inside to order and stood there at counter waiting to be waited on and then after about 10 mins a man walked by and said u have to use the kiosk. This was weird to me seeing when I walked in the first kiosk I saw was out of order. So I turned and started to order and it does not have whole menu on there. Upon getting food after this issue we got food and turned to find a table and there was not one table in there or seat that was clean to use. Had to wipe off our own table. Then when sitting there eating looking around I found a bunch of nastiness. Photos to show along with over flowing trash. Manager was to worried about showing a new employee around the building and didn’t care how nasty store was. Never eat here it’s a shame this is the newest Taco Bell in this area and it looks worse than the ones in town Huntington.
If you walk in to place a order you have to use the kiosk. No One ever knows how to operate the ordering system that's why they make you do it because they are idiots they have no training on how to use the computer. If I go in and place an order I might as well go make my order too because I know what I want and I know how to do it so it's telling me that everybody behind the counter doesn't even know what they're doing so I will never go back to this place because they are lazy people they need to train them how to use the computer and take orders I know it's hard for a lot of West Virginia's to not know how to count money even though the computer will do it for you but still you need to learn how to use the damn computer plain and simple Ursula have to do it for you that's what you get paid for do your job burn your job if you can't understand go to McDonald's they will train you

Disappointing visit. We were told to order at the kiosk, which didn’t even have the full menu available. They were out of medium cups and gave us large ones—but didn’t bother to fill them up, which felt lazy considering how overpriced the drinks were. Beans were dry and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. Worst part: found a hair in my cheese dip. Won’t be coming back to this location.

This is literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and it’s convenient for a lot of hotels over here. I got the $6 build your own luxe cravings box (online exclusive but I still ate inside) and I got a beefy five layer, crunch wrap, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. The beefy five layer was actually hot and it has a lot of beef in it. The crunch wrap also had the nacho cheese that they have on the cheesy fiesta potatoes and the beefy five layer burrito. It was also really full. The potatoes were also really good.

The food is usually fine but it is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. There are multiple locations in my area and they all operate like a normal fast food place but this specific Taco Bell location I don’t even know what they’re doing so unless you have 45 minutes to kill to wait for a taco don’t go there
