I had the tilapia ceviche. At 1st they didn't have the fish, only shrimp. But to make it happen they perhaps poached the fish, then mixed with the remaining ingredients. My companions ordered nachos and burrito and felt jipped. The nachos were placed on top of quest and got soggy. The burrito was described as not much more than a fast food version.
I chose a Dos xx amber beer from tap and was very happy with my meal. With the 20% gratuity we walked out paying over $80, so a little pricey.

This is the best Mexican restaurant around the Huntington/ Charleston area. We had a party of 18 which included 6 kids. The service and food were excellent! Our family highly recommends Tequila Grill!

I honestly can't recommend this place. The salsa and cheese dip were very unflavorful, and I got Pablo's chimichangas, which were somehow even worse. They were loaded with ingredients and even a side of their house jalapeño ranch yet I couldn't taste anything besides the burnt sautéed onions that were inside. Sadly, we will not be returning. Additionally, we went there on November 21st because my husband wanted to try the BBC but the waitress told us that was a one time thing when it just debuted 14 days prior and there was no mention of it being a limited time or one-off on their Facebook page where we initially saw advertised so he was greatly disappointed. We drove an hour and 20 mins round-trip for this.

The food and atmosphere were a solid 4 stars! The service was a little less. I am looking forward to dining again soon. I gotta try more of their menu out.

Great people and great food! I've been going to TG for a few years now and have never had a bad meal. I used to only get the chori pollo because I loved it so much, but have branched out my last few visits. They are constantly making seasonal drinks and dishes to keep things fresh so there is always something new to try. They are the best in the tri-state for a reason and worth the drive from Charleston!

Tequila Grill in Huntington, WV, is a gem! I ordered the Trio Fajitas, and they were phenomenal—sizzling, perfectly seasoned chicken, steak, and shrimp, served with all the classic fixings. The homemade hot sauce was a game-changer, adding a bold, fiery kick that elevated the dish to another level. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better. If you’re looking for flavorful Mexican cuisine with a spicy twist, Tequila Grill is a must-visit!
