Had a reservation for 7:30. Waited an hour to be served and was told that we had to order at the bar. Took over 30 mins to get drinks when ordering at the bar so we eventually left without the drinks and without a refund.

There was no experience! There were only 3 people working. A huge line into the place, and we never we were told it would be 2 hours to get service. Apparently, getting reservations doesn't matter

This is a place that would fit in perfectly among the higher-end bars and event spaces of Nashville, Columbus, Chicago, Portland, or any other city with a discerning clientele who appreciate a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere with great cocktails and beers, and a staff who go the extra mile to make the experience special.

What a fun place! The decor is great and you can choose tables or lounge areas. The kitchen is shared between Le Bistro (same owners) so you can order from their menu too. The tapas were great, didn't order anything we didn't like. The chardonnay pasta with chicken had wonderful flavors! Our server was new but he was wonderful.

We ordered the tapas experience and it took 45 minutes before our food arrived. There were only 2 people serving on a Saturday night and one of the two was the bartender as well. Drinks were okay. Really loud party of 3 behind us destroyed the ambiance. Also noticed that the couple next to us received the wrong food. I think it was comped but still had to be annoying. We've been here before and really enjoyed it. Maybe it was just a bad night. We'll definitely try it again later.

A large group of us, 24, had reservations at 7:00 p.m.. What a waste of time and money. Food didn't come out for more than 2 hours. When it did, it came out plate by plate by plate. How do you ruin Wagyu Beef? Pack it into a hardened ball and drastically overcook it. ? Do yourself a favor. Go someplace else.
The food is good, the servers are decent, the management sucks. Luckily the servers maintained a good attitude with a difficult situation. I wouldn’t visit until they fix their management problems.

Service was extremely slow. Orders were mixed up - in some cases wrong item was brought all together, in some cases given to wrong person. Bill was also mixed up. It wasn't even busy. Two other waiters got involved and said our waiter had only been there two weeks

I arrived just 14 minutes before the kitchen closed and was still treated like the first guest of the day. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff was absolutely delightful. It's very cozy, eclectic and classy with the layout and atmosphere. I enjoyed the Adult Fries, Shrimp and Grits, a Moon Drop and a Lily Pad. Exceptional food and exceptional drinks. I'll include pictures. Highly recommend. Will certainly return. You cannot believe the manners and genuine great attitudes of the staff. Worth every moment of my birthday celebration ??

The best place to get a drink. I literally don’t go anywhere else but here. They make such great drinks and the service is always amazing. I have never met a bartender who didn’t go the extra mile to make sure my husband and I had a great experience and a great drink. Their food is also bangin. Fr if you want an actual experience of sitting down and having a lot of fantastic drinks with your friends or significant other this is the place to be. I’ve also seen ppl do their wedding receptions here.
