I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and no one would wait on me for food ordered in advance. Instead, they waited on at least a dozen customers instead of waiting on me

Our first time trying Fuel we ordered through their online portal. Per the email I received, pickup time was 5:57pm. I got there at 6:05. I didn’t realize they closed at 6:00pm which is my fault, however the female who came to the window was extremely rude, unhelpful, and short. She stated they had not received any online orders, the kitchen was completely closed and cleaned, and the owner would have to “give me a refund later”. Excuse me? Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Love the healthy food and options. My son gets pizza and I get a wrap after ball games in the area. Very casual atmosphere so it's perfect for a stop after ballin' and heading home.

first, this place should have better sanitation guidelines there was a person talking to the employees in front of the counter. then that person walks around to the back. and puts her phone on the cutting board. she starts making food and after she left only one employee did what he was supposed to and wipes it down and apologizes to me, should have told her not to come back there at all of what she is wearing

I told the young man I would give him a shout out. I was here with my family yesterday afternoon, and a young man came out with a smile in his face, good hospitality, while the worker that was making my food was kind of not as enthused when I showed up to get my family food. I believe the young man name was Devon . Appreciate him for talking to my grandson and and the rest of the p

Awesome pizzas - especially Hawaiian 5-0 and The Market. They were out of mozzarella but subbed provolone on the Hawaiian. Philly sub was ok but I’d stick with the pizzas. They also did have parfaits that my kids liked. We had come for the Butter Me Up! brunch but they had a 40min wait while this booth (also in the indoor market) served us quickly. The only sides are chips and some fountain drinks, but the pizzas were good enough that we’ll come back. The atmosphere is very utilitarian with limited seats so I wouldn’t go there for a relaxed lunch, but it was great takeout.

Husband called to place a pickup order at 7:20 PM after fighting with the online system that would not let us select toppings for the pre-made pizza options. My husband asks "hey, can I place a pickup order?" to initiate the conversation. Worker rudely goes "you know we close in 30 minutes, right?". I overhear them on speaker as my husband tries to explain that we live within 10 minutes of the store and I tell him to just hang up. We were trying to pay within business hours and be mindful of closing times to begin with. Used to really love eating the food from here because there are so few fresh options in town, but this really set an awful tone, and I personally will think twice before ever trying to eat there again.

Being the absent minded parent that I am, I accidentally ordered my food from the Barboursville area and not the one in Gallipolis online day. They called me to let me know, and made sure the Gallipolis location got my order. They were all kind and had it ready in no time. 🖤

Fresh ingredients, everything tastes great! We get their salads, sandwiches, and pizzas all the time. They’re amazing! Salads - fresh ingredients, a ton of options, huge portions. Definitely a good value and you’ll feel good after eating it. Pizzas - nice thin crust with just the right bit of crispy. We love the cauliflower crust (and look forward to the broccoli and cheese one). Can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. Sandwiches - Philly Philly is a staple. The best part about it is chipotle sauce, bread holds up well and the streak is great. Thankful that we now have a convenient and healthy option in town. The people there are always incredibly helpful, punctual when we order online and sociable! convenient and a good experience every time. Cool rewards program too (I’m aiming for that YETI!!!)

I love the food at a Fuel Counter but I chose the delivery option. I waited an hour past my estimated delivery time and had to call and ask for a refund and to cancel the order. I called after 40 minutes of waiting and they hadn't even left yet. The employee just said sorry but offered nothing to make it right. Another 20 minutes later and I was still waiting. I will not be choosing delivery again. I will not likely choose to eat at the Huntington location again.

The pizza was horrible. My sandwich was burnt. The service was awful from the girl who made our sandwich. Very slow. She may need to trim her nails so she can manage the food service. The girl who checked us out was so nice and helpful.
