Hasn't changed in 25 years except for the constant price increases. Not sure if that's good though. Most of the time you can get a large biscuits with that soda flavor. Other times they are burnt and stale.
When i walk in they already know my order and are friendly, food is great and they prepare it quickly. I have ate at Tutors all over WV and quality can vary even in same town. By far the best Tutors in WV.
