I ordered a Big Tator with gravy and bacon on the side. Have done this before and usually got a large/regular size cup of gravy to go on it,why I do this is because I share with my mom and she doesn’t like gravy so anyways I got home and saw I got a baby cup of gravy as you will see in the photos Big Tator should come with a large/regular size cup not what I got this morning..very disappointed.

It really depends on who is working, but last time I ordered from there I called ahead of time so I walked in to get my order and I had to wait for like 5 cars in the drive thru to get served first?!?!??? The whole point of me calling ahead of time was so I didnt have to wait as long..... I miss the old crew from like 2 years ago, they knew us by name and ALWAYS had our order done on time.

the service was actually rude. they literally have mold growing down there walls where they cook. found an ACTUAL HAIR in my food because they don’t even wear a hair net let alone gloves. just overall nasty 😷

I was disappointed in the food. I ordered scrambled eggs, and you could tell they were poured out of a carton, flat and tough, not much taste. The pancakes were ok and the sausage, though smaller than usual, was good. The place was clean, staff were friendly.

I use to get food from here every Tuesday morning. I always ordered the same thing, which was a sausage biscuit and a hash brown. I stopped going because over a 2 month span, my hash brown was not put in my bag at least 5 different times.

I didn’t complain at first because things happen and I felt it wasn’t a big deal, it’s just a hash brown. The 5th time that it happened though, I called and spoke with the manager. (It was a mistake on my part for not asking her what her name was). I didn’t ask for anything nor did I want anything other than for her to know what has been happening.

She apologized and said, “I know it’s not an excuse but, we have some new people working”. She offered to replace the hash-brown. I explained that it would have been a waste of my gas to go back and that I didn’t have the time either and I really just wanted her to be aware. She told me that for my inconvenience she would put me down for 2 hash browns the next time that I came through. She took my name and that was that.

The next week, I went through and ordered my sausage biscuit. I got to the window and told the lady at the window the situation and even had my receipt. She then got the, “Assistant manager” who told me that they would replace the one hash brown that was forgotten on my last visit, but couldn’t give me 2 because, “That’s not their policy”.

I was very upset and embarrassed because I had my son with me in the car. I tried to explain that I didn’t ask for this, it was offered. She then continued to refuse the other hash brown. I couldn’t understand her saying that it’s not their policy to uphold what was promised to me but I guess it is their policy to not give me what I paid for on 5 different occasions.

Guess I should have checked the bags each and every time and held up the lines. Or maybe complained more. I just didn’t want to be that kind of person.

Either way, my Tuesday morning quick grabs now come from anywhere but there, thanks to the, “Assistant manager” as she called herself.

***Edit, this was my first ever review. I have never done one before but felt so strongly about this. She made me feel like I was just trying to get free food. It was embarrassing.***
