Restaurant was DISGUSTING!!! No clean tables, dirty floors, GNATS IN THE KETCHUP DISPENSERS, trash cans full and overflowing. Employees were to busy talking and laughing with each other to clean I guess.. Whoever the manager on duty was today, needs retrained on how to properly run a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The Manager Tristan thinks it’s appropriate and apparently funny to talk rudely about customers at the drive thru window. He was dissatisfied with how late customers order, and also how much the orders cost. This manager was yelling rude and condescending things about one of the customers in line to a coworker that was in the kitchen while he prepared my drinks. He said something about it’s okay they can wait they order over $50 in food. He made jokes about how customers are inconsiderate and it’s not like they have newborns that are going to keep them up tonight after they get off work. Sorry but it’s disgusting behavior and they were talking with the window open loud enough for me and my children to hear every bit of how they feel about customers. I advise this location find a manager with respect. It’s most definitely not the customers fault that you work at Wendy’s. I’m appalled honestly. He also dropped a whole bag of my food on the floor. Talked so much crap like he’s better than customers than drops my food. Again really dissatisfied with my experience here. I say service was a 3 because the lady who took my order was polite.

Stoped to get something on my way home from work at midnight, the girl working the drive told me they wasn’t taking orders because they’re truck driver was trying to get closer to the door and was very rude. That is the only fast food place I’ve ever seen that shuts down just because they have they’re truck there ridiculous

Went through the drive-through waited 15 minutes for food got all the way home had the incorrect food that we paid for we bought meals and we’re giving a single patty burger instead of the Baconator double burger like we paid for And were giving a half empty thing of fries Was in a rush didn’t think to check the bag got home and realize the food was wrong tried calling the store. They will not answer.

I paid $8 for a salad. It was all SLIMY brown lettuce that wasn't even enough to cover the bottom of the container. It was absolutely disgusting and went straight to the trash. There is no way they couldn't see how old and gross it was before handing it out. If you wouldn't eat something so gross, why serve it to other people.

This place would get a better review if they would correct an order without hesitation or frustration. They could also maybe worry more on accuracy than speed. I have used this Wendy’s for a few years, and there have been more than 5-10 times there has been something wrong with the order.

Ive ordered here about 10 times and 7 out of those time ive been told "they're out of chili" which is lies. They are intentionally not making chili after a certain time. This issue has just been brought up to corporate Wendy's. I was told lt would be reviewed and would be contacted. Hopefully they figure out who is running this restaurant and fix this restaurants issues. If it’s on the menu it should have to be made or don’t offer it. Also the last order I had from here I found gray hairs in my food. Stay away from this restaurant.
