I paid $8 for a salad. It was all SLIMY brown lettuce that wasn't even enough to cover the bottom of the container. It was absolutely disgusting and went straight to the trash. There is no way they couldn't see how old and gross it was before handing it out. If you wouldn't eat something so gross, why serve it to other people.

This place would get a better review if they would correct an order without hesitation or frustration. They could also maybe worry more on accuracy than speed. I have used this Wendy’s for a few years, and there have been more than 5-10 times there has been something wrong with the order.

Ive ordered here about 10 times and 7 out of those time ive been told "they're out of chili" which is lies. They are intentionally not making chili after a certain time. This issue has just been brought up to corporate Wendy's. I was told lt would be reviewed and would be contacted. Hopefully they figure out who is running this restaurant and fix this restaurants issues. If it’s on the menu it should have to be made or don’t offer it. Also the last order I had from here I found gray hairs in my food. Stay away from this restaurant.

I ordered on my phone and arrived at the drive-thru 15 minutes later. I was told I had to wait a little longer. I waited another 15 minutes at the front door. The staff finally brought out the food, but it was wrong. Fries and chicken nuggets were missing. I only ordered four items in total! This is not the first time this has happened.

Out if chili at 6pm. No baked potatoes at 6pm and no strawberry lemonade. Wasn't offered anything else to try instead. They didn't care they were out of chili and it seems as though they can never get my order correct or even give me a straw and silverware. Am I supposed to eat with my fingers or on all fours like a dog? The Wendy's close to me has gone down hill so fast I don't even want to go there again. They care more about playing around inside than getting orders correct. I was told to hold for a min while it seemed as thought a ball was being passed around and I was told to hold so he could catch the ball. The guy waiting on us didn't want to be there and it showed. He mumbled everything and I had to keep asking him to repeat whqt he said. I said hell with it and pulled to the window to make sure my order was correct. This store needs cleaned out of all the riffraff and lazy people just there for a check. What happened to when people actually cared. Bring that back PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. If service was better there probably wouldn't be an issue about how they're paid. Do a crappy job get crappy pay. Do a good job get good pay. Work ethic has gone down the drain with manners. This Wendy's has let me down big time. I've never had such bad service in my life

We eat wendys 5$ biggie bag. And we eat here a lot! Depending on what location you can get a good sandwich crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
