Took forever to get a simple order

Was passing through on our way to Ky and wanted to grab a quick bite. We were pulling a trailer so we had to choose wisely and this was going to be an in and out trip so we didn't cramp up their parking. Pulled in and they had several available parking areas. Which was a huge plus. Little did we know that the inside was packed. They were extremely busy. So there went that quick trip out the window. That's fine though, we were there and still gonna get our order and go. Finally made our way up to the counter. The lady/employee was very nice. We got our order and was on our way. The entire wait line, order, wait for food took about 45 min. We hit the road and well, I hate to say but the food wasn't very good. I didn't get cheese that I ordered as an extra on my potato. My husband ordered extra onion and he didn't have any and the fries tastes old. Very tough and dry. Hard to swallow. Idk if this was an off day or just the normal but I did feel that this location deserved a 4 star for the helpfulness and happy employee that had taken our order. I do realize that everyone has off days so wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. I mean they were super busy so they have to have good food. Next time we are in the area, we hope to have the same service with better quality food :)

I was just there today April 29 2025 at 4:00 in Hal Greer Wendy's Huntington West Virginia and the manager was quite rude and his manner was quite distasteful to be working in public I said the wrong name of a sandwich and he argued with me

Ordered a taco salad and what I got was some lettuce with tomatoes and corn. How is that a taco salad. Asked for added bacon, no bacon. How do you mess up a taco salad? Ordered a 20 piece nugget and they’re all room temperature as are the fries. Do better Wendy's. Corporate will be hearing from me.

So there I was starved deprived of food as I wonder apon Wendy’s I stopped, I ordered a easy no ice dr p and no ice diet dr p for me and my minion they where the wrong size drink and had ice GHASP then I ordered a potato which seemed to of just been picked from the garden silly guys forgot to cook it my burger was okay I mean it’s Wendy’s but my large size fry was right but in a small container no you think to yourself oh Michael how’s that work WELL DEAR READER IT DOSENT
