For years I have only come here for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with onions, lettuce and mayo. My go to spot for chicken is normally Chik Fil A but when I want to mix it up a bit I go here. The sandwich is often hit or miss depending on how busy they are. Sometimes it's hot and fresh while other occasions it is hard and dried out. The fries are usually lackluster either being old or undercooked. The Wendy's by the Huntington Mall seems to be more consistent than either the Milton or 29th Street location.

Everytime I go to this location they are extremely rude. Food is never right and or fresh. Overall terrible experience every time. Even when I want Wendy’s and this is the location closest I’d rather go somewhere else.

So their spicy chicken sandwich’s are 2 for $7 as it says on the sign but if you don’t say you want the 2 for $7 they charge you full price which is ridiculous and on top of that I ordered 2 cheese fires only got 1 and they said they only charged me for 1 but how I’m I supposed to know that because I didn’t get a receipt of course. I’m pretty such they just got me for $5 extra dollars. I eat at this Wendy’s all the time but it has gone down hill in the past few months and I definitely won’t be returning again because the workers always have a bad attitude.

Food is always cold/stale, slowest service from anywhere in the area by far, order regularly wrong. The workers are also usually irritated but I understand why. Wouldn’t be an issue really if the food was right or warm. Hope to see it improve soon

Absolutely 💯 the worse!! The shift manager horrific handed my food out window not only without my food but he had the bag smashed up in his hand the guy at window took it back told him didn't have all food l stop check the fries there no words those fries looked like they got them out of trash and Absolutely cold and wilted nuggets cold. Turned around went back in the store instead of drive through told a guy at register that this food was unacceptable he went immediately to correct the problem while he was doing that the shift manger sees me and starts waving at me that's professional the while other guy is waiting on FRESH FOOD finally the shift manager walks over to me says oh he's sorry l told him that food is unacceptable he would have not ate or gave that to his children so why send it out and l also told him he was also unprofessional and unacceptable he handed my bag of food out the window wadded up and all food was not in the bag he also told me sauces were in the bag before leaving and Absolutely was not any but ketchup. It's bad enough the cost of living is so high and the food there also expensive the very least the very least that can be done is give people quality and service if you won't eat it why would your customers eat it. FACTS!! Where's the pride and quality that Wendy's so leans towards because it's not at this Wendy's ZERO! To the shift manager have the day you deserve sir and to To the guy at window and the guy at register at least you both are trying to do what you can considering Thank you both!
Great for a quick breakfast at a great price,the staff was very helpful and friendly.the food was just as well ordered,no problems and the bathroom and dining room were very clean, thanks for the great service.

Fodd is great always fast and friendly service and the management is always keeping it clean in the lobby. Best Wendy's in our area in my opinion.
