So I'm a trucker and had a tire blow out on my trailer so was stuck on the side of the highway for a few hours trying to get it fixed. I finally got it taken care of and got to a truck stop next door to this Wendy's. I walk over and the door to the lobby is propped open so I go in and was told the lobby is closed I have to use the drive thru. I proceed to tell them I'm in a truck with a trailer that's not going to fit and the rest of my night and asked if I could just order something because I was starving. I was told no and they kicked me out. This happened at 10:30 at night not so many options for us at that time to begin with but I guarantee I will not be visiting another Wendy's ever. The lobby was the only thing closed they were still selling food, I would have never turned someone down like that when I was cooking. The disrespect in this world is crazy.

Well kept restaurant. Employees friendly & upbeat. Only reason not 5 stars on food is I asked to ADD lettuce & tomato to my burger which was done but then the onion & pickle was not put on it. Took a couple of hits before I realized. Was too hungry & tired to want to wait for another burger. Plus I don't like wasting basically an entire burger which is what would have happened when the original would have been thrown away. Regardless I would have no issues eating at this location again.

Was a little disappointed they didn't have vanilla frostys, but the burgers we ordered were good.
It really depends on whos working on how good the food will be. Sometimes my food is fresh and hot other times its cold and disgusting. Everytime I ask for light anything they smother it def on baconator fries.

window ladies say happy things in the most unhappy voice but thats not why im reviewing. ive had hot and ready breakfasts from here before and i cant say a sandwich has ever not been up to my standards because its well, a sandwich. but as someone with a lean towards fast food ive been trying to pick out healthier items. i go for a ceasar salad lately at my local wendys and this one was kinda out of my frequent. now that being said i know salads are a non frequent order for a fast food burger based place. ive never had a fresh good salad since the strawberry summer one at any location . idk if thats bias or jus a wendys thing. the lettuce is always sour no matter location but this particular one almost half the container was bad, im talking brown lettuce and for the price that isn’t acceptable. they slapped a chicken patty on, non cut, and threw some cheese in a corner. honestly not the worst case obv wouldve liked fresh lettuce but it was the execution and lack of care. they didnt have that busy an hour and ive worked at mcdonald’s i know what busy is. dont want any free stuff jus posting for the people who care.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and our fries were cold and the employee didn’t know who’s order was who’s. She kept going car to car. No receipt with the order. There were lines of cars everywhere waiting on food. The car besides us complained they had gone through the drive through already and got someone else’s order. The employee told us if there was anything wrong to call and talk to manager and walked back inside. Worst service from the route 60 locate.
