KFC in Hurricane

“Was passing through hurricane on my way to the panhandle and stopped for a bite , we ordered our food ( family meal) the service was fantastic and Donovan was very professional made suggestions and even mentioned their promotions.. great experience“

“We originally ordered from the Hurricane store. I ordered two (2) 16 piece family meals, which is roughly $103. I drove up there after placing the order online. When I arrived, I pulled to the drive thru and was informed they only had part of the original recipe I ordered and asked to substitute it for extra crispy. I daid that is why I ordered ahead so you guys had time to make it. She said the fryers were already shut down. I said fine. When handed the food, I checked my order. I had 4 large sides, 8 biscuits, and 2 buckets of chicken. I told the girl at the window, that I was supposed to have 8 large side. She told me I had everything I was supposed to get, even after I showed the ticket that said 2 16 pieces. I asked for corporates number. As I was leaving I decided to call the Teays Valley KFC to find out what was actually supposed to come with it. I spoke with Kailey, who was extremely polite and offered to replace the sides that I didn't get. My husband asked me to check the chicken and make sure it was all there. It was not. Only had half my order. I called Teays Valley back and once again Kailey was a superstar and again came to the rescue. When we arrived we pulled around and handed her our bags. Her reaction to how the food was packed was disbelief. She said it was very messy. Jacob, another manager, came over and together they unpacked it and counted everything. They were awesome. They replaced what we were missing, and repacked our whole order for us. Sometimes I can't believe people who work in the restaurant business. They should take pride in the food they serve. Kailyn and Jacob both take pride in their food and place of work. They were outstanding to take the time and put great effort in fixing someone else's mistake. I will now start going to the Teays Valley KFC. Thank you Kailyn and Jacob for taking the time to provide outstanding customer service. You guys have restored my faith that there are restaurant people who still care.“
