I just gave them a negative review but the called me and made it right. As it turns out somehow my online order was totally off. The pizza I received was not the stores fault
2/14/20 Papa Johns has always been one of my favorite pizzas, but not tonight!! I ordered a heart shaped pizza for my daughter. I was told it would be 35 minutes. I went at that time and picked it up and drove 8 minutes home. The pizza was like a rock hard cracker. Burnt all the way around as well as being cold. It seemed as it had been setting for hours. It was completely inedible. I should have went to Hussen’s. Sorry Papa John’s, you’ve lost a customer.
I've ordered from them twice in the last 6 months and each time it has been a horrible experience. the food use to be good the service use to be good now it is BOTH horrible.i will not eat there again
