Jules is an amazing place, so good in fact I'm getting tired of taking my wife there and I'm looking forward to winter. That's not true, but my wife does make me go there far too often.

Legitimately stellar. Got a milkshake here and it tasted absolutely phenomenal and before I got ice cream which was ALSO absolutely great. The staff is also friendly and extremely polite which is extremely refreshing given how some restaurants and other places treat others around Inwood. Without a doubt, will be buying from here again.

Ice cream was great. We had never been and didn’t realize it was cash only. The kind worker, I think her name was Savannah offered to cover our expense. You don’t see people like that very often. We came and paid her back but the fact that she even offered really meant a lot. We will always come here for ice cream now!

My ice cream started seeping through the waffle cone after only 2-3 minutes and made a huge mess. Trying to eat my treat before it melted everywhere was very stressful and I ended up a sticky mess. Hopefully I just received a defective cone. It tasted great and I would go back again, but definitely get a bowl with your cone.

Waited 15 minutes for one swirl cone just for them to say it'll be a while for the chocolate. It was raining, we left. Tell us right away and offer something else?
Edit for reply: Yea, tell us right away and offer something else? We watched them throw away 4 cones wondering what's wrong and then waited while ice cream was being made, to be told to wait longer. I know you can't control the ice cream being runny or the weather. Communicate better to your customers.

This place is the biggest GEM! The ice cream and choices are fantastic! They have so many options at such great prices. The sizes are insanity and so generous, a specialty sundae could easily feed 3-4 at only $6. They are CASH only, keep in mind. I’m so happy we found this place! The lines may get long but they’re quick! It was so amazing and the staff were so sweet!
