My friend lives in Inwood and for years we always come here for subs when I visit. I live in Naples FL and my family has given up on Subway due to the horrible, rude employees in every franchise there. I won't go into further details. BUT this Subway is AWESOME. We were greeted by young ladies with smiles, subs were made perfectly as requested, such a great experience. You are an asset to this franchise. See you again next time !
Ms Rhonda is a rockstar! She has been running the store by herself all day none stop with customer after customer. Not only is she assisting walk in customers as well as online orders, she is also making the bread! She needs a raise and a promotion.
My husband and I stopped in as a last mintue dinner decision after a long day of appointments. This store has always been our location of convenience. Tonight there were three young people working. One was being trained by another. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted.
