I normally love Tres. But the kenova site is ran down. The booths are falling apart. The food is really bad. Its almost like he doesnt care about this store. I got stuck in the parking lot in 4x4. Carpet is awful. Mr nunez you might want to visit this store you have great food at other locations but this is sad. Also you employees there dont want to be there. They are mostly rude and not happy.
The food is great if you can get service. Getting seated and ignored while servers run around you pretending you don’t exist is the typical experience here.
Not getting drinks or chips for 30 plus minutes has been my regular experience. Once food does arrive to the table it’s cold from sitting in the back forever or missing something.
I started eating here again and quickly realized why I stopped.
