The mozzarella sticks and calamari where cooked perfectly
The portion size to the calamari was really small. With no calamari tentacles, only rings. And really wasn't that good of a product.
I only got mozzarella sticks and calamari and my order was over $16 so a little high on the pricing.
They have a beautiful restaurant and the dinning area is covered in restaurant equipment (like a storage room, in the dinning room area) and they only do take-out.

The Best People and Italian food in the entire state and I’ll stand on that to the end! Keyser should be thankful for this business and all they have done for the community! their food is awesome and great for large families always large portions and never disappoint I’ve ate Italian restraunts from Lavale clear to New York City and they are still the best! Amazing family amazing food and excellent service been eating here since I was a kid they also use to donate pepperoni rolls to the concession stands for Keyser pee wee footbal growing up and went out of their way several times for the community and even catering weddings very appreciatative of this business and nothing annoys me more then when people complain or disrespect I’ll tell ya what drive down to Romney to Italian touch and order a lasagna dinner and tell me how quickly you run back and realize the difference! My family use to own the mountaineer all star cafe and we always loved Castiglias!

Its take out only, which is okay. After we ordered stood around a little and happened to glance into the kitchen. One of the cooks was pulling paste out of a pot by his hands without gloves. I haven't eatten here in years because I am not close to the area. I drove an hour to come have their food again. They used to have tables. Notwit looks like a bad teenagers room. Weird... as I sit and waited for my food I cant get the image out of my head what kind of germs I am going to be eating. What if he picked his nose or didn't wash his hands well. Many men dont wash their hands. I am not sure if I will be eatting there again. Just put gloves on... 😕

Take out only. Wide range of standard Italian dishes. Very large portions. I had linguine and clams with white sauce. Usually you get some fresh clams, some canned clams. It was all canned clams. The creamy white sauce was a little heavy for me. My son had a buffalo chicken sub which he liked. My girlfriend had lasagna which she liked. I will try something else next time.
