I've been coming here every since I've moved to Keyser 10+ years ago. Good, cheap food! Neat knick knacks/pictures to look at on the walls!Parking: Diagonal street parking. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Royal Diner, and overall, I had a delightful experience. This local diner has a distinct charm that sets it apart from other establishments in the area. While visiting in Keyser we chose the Royal Restaurant for morning breakfast based on great reviews. We weren't disappointed. Royal has been in business since 1904. It's wonderful to experience and support a rare establishment like this. Breakfast didn't disappoint.
