While visiting in Keyser we chose the Royal Restaurant for morning breakfast based on great reviews. We weren't disappointed. Royal has been in business since 1904. It's wonderful to experience and support a rare establishment like this. Breakfast didn't disappoint.

Can be difficult in the busy parts of days. Free parking on weekends. Paid meter parking during weekdays.Kid-friendliness: Has kid friendly opinions.
They should be ashamed of themselves. The food was horrible. I couldn't eat all of it for fear of illness. Just disgusting.
