My fiance who was in the hospital that had a stroke and she refused to give me the order at first bc I had a screenshot of the code and order that was paid for … she was all in all rude and like she didn’t wanted to be bothered!!! Horrible attitude for the front counter person 🤦🏻‍♀️ like why is she even there if she acts likes this … she is getting paid!

Didn't have but 2 items 'hot and ready'. Only 1 person appeared to be working. Crazy bread was great but pizza was old.

Food hot when delivered awesome food

This place is a damn joke ordered two pepperoni pizzas and their new cheese puffs got home and realized they did not get the cheese puffs order right called in and told them they said they wrote our name down drove all the way back two days later and said that we were lying that they did not have our name down worst customer service ever if you want to be treated like a dog go here

Extremely rude and sarcastic manager. I hope no other customer gets talked down to like I did. Then the manager lied to my wife on the phone and said I yelled in the store. Support locally owned stores and restaurants, cooperate chains don't care about individuals or losing their business. If you want proof, look at how many reviews were addressed by management. Zero.

Never hot and never ready

What a stressful place to buy food from clearly the owners have no clue how to run a franchise sadly there is numerous local ceasers in more populated areas that allow you to expect a standard for service and this one stands out as mismanaged.

Ordered off the website. Food was ready within 20 minutes and it was great. I love the fact they offer cheap pizza and they still make sure it's quality is great. I do wish they had a few more items to choose from. But I get they can only offer certain things since they are working with little room and they make sure nothing is to expensive. But other than that I love ordering from here.

When ever you go no matter what time they never have anything hot and ready you have to wait ungodly amount of time no sense advertising hot and ready when it is not true

Used Little Ceasers app to place order so we did not have to wait a long time to get our order. Got to restaurant on time for order and was told was going to be 10 minutes till order was done which is okay but upon receiving order we was missing a pizza and crazy bread and was told was going to be 30 minutes more. Got order and left restaurant 1 hour after getting there. The bread and sticks was supposed to be with bacon but was not going to wait another 30 minutes for them to get an 3rd try at getting the order right plus we had kids at home waiting and they was already waiting over a hour. Not only did we wait an extremely long time for our order but this restaurant stole money off us because the Pizza/Slices pizza we got was cheaper than the one we ordered.Avoid this restaurant like everyone did COVID back in 2020. There are better options out there.
