Everything I got from the buffet to go was fresh and absolutely delicious. This now my go for my Chinese food fix.

When you go to pay they don't give your full change back she put part in the tip jar without my permission. That is the last time these crooks will get my business.

It was so so so hot in there that we weren't able to get more than one plate. The server took the food I was eating when I was still eating it and at that point I just paid my 54.00 bill and left. I was sweating. We could see the thermostat read 78 degrees but no way. Everyone was saying how hot they were. Now it's time for bed and I'm hungry bc I barely ate! Won't go back unless. The selection is also small and they didn't keep the pans full fast enough because we were there and it was pretty busy. I just didn't get to enjoy it. Lastly they only take cash so ofc it was fun trying to find an atm while my family waited on me in the hot restaurant. It's not hard to take card payments in 2025.

EVERY FOOD ITEM we tried was terrible and had a bitter or bad taste....or lil flavor at all. Food was dry n Horrible. Worst dining experience in 30 years. I always try to say something positive but in this case there was nothing. I recommend you go somewhere else. Perhaps this is a 1 time occurrence but from seeing other reviews I don't think so. Hopefully they will work to make this a better place or stop selling food.

When we first came here a few months ago, food and things weren't bad. Today plates to use were stacked dripping wet and food on them. Most of the food was not edible. The food was cold, old and dried up. Won't ever be go back.
I have been ordering from Long Spring for many years. I love their food. I got vegetable fried rice and had shrimp added this evening. It was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I recommend this restaurant.

I'm genuinely disappointed in the experience me and my mother had at this restaurant today. We've been semi regular customers of this restaurant for a very long time and our experience today was honestly insulting. The food wasn't even heated, it was cold and had a nasty taste. Not to mention the main thing of our visit today. Staff in this restaurant asked every table in there for a refill on their drinks EXCEPT for ours. They didn't ask us once and saw many a time that our cups were empty. I'm terribly disappointed in our experience here today and we won't be back for a long, long time.
