This is the 2nd time my husband and I came to Port West. I got the rueben the first time and it was so good!! No fat no gristle just really good corn beef, saurkraut and thousand island. Of course I got it again tonight to make sure it wasn't a fluke. So good! I know I need to try other menu items but for now I'm stuck on this delight!!

My husband and had made a pick up order. While he was on hold on the phone, we could hear staff complaining about a costumer and multiple other things that dont need mentioned here. We had gotten wings (over cooked and dry) not even tossed in sauce. Burger that well over cooked (dry) chips weren't even cooked fully. We also order a pepperoni roll thay looked like someone just tossed together and didnt care( possibly gave my husband food poisoning) We will not be going there again and I hope others can find this helpful.

We visited family in WV and, after a day of exploring, we visited Port West. It was our first visit, but our family highly recommended it as they had previously enjoyed eating there. The folks that run the place are fun and hardworking. The food was home made and on point. It is not a large restaurant, making it cozy and homey. They appear to do a lot of take out orders, and I am not surprised. They offer a wonderful choice of soups, sandwiches and entrees...something for everyone. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again the next time we are in the area!

If you haven’t been to Port West Restaurant in Westernport, MD do yourself a favor and go. My wife and I go there as often as possible and have never had a bad meal or experience there. Everything we have ordered we have loved and the staff is awesome. We are made to feel welcome and well taken care of every time. For a great meal at a very fair price you can’t do any better in our opinion.

They have the best steak subs I've we've had. Service was speedy and accurate. Small diner but tastefully done and still seats many. They accommodated 8 of us no problem. Would highly recommend

It was cozy, Home style cooking. I had the honey fried chicken, it was delicious, my fiance had the meatloaf and was greatly disappointed.
