Pretty sure this place is closed? Drove here from 20 minutes away only to find the door locked and the place looking empty.

I was excited to go to Brew Haha for the first time. I had attempted several times before, during what I thought would be normal business hours, and they've always been closed. I told the girl behind the register that it was my first time and that I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. She made NO suggestions and even seemed annoyed when I asked questions like: "What is a local favorite?" and "Is there a more popular latte flavor?" Basically her answer was a short "No." The card machine was down so we couldn't pay with a credit card and it was cash only. Which I was informed of only AFTER placing my order. I bought two pepperoni rolls, each slice of pepperoni inside the rolls still had all the plastic/collagen/wax wrapping on it. When I informed her she didn't offer to let me return/exchange OR refund me. Needless to say, disappointing and the WORST pepperoni rolls I've ever had. I ordered an almond milk latte with buttered rum flavored syrup which lacked flavor and the almond milk was overheated and burnt. A friendlier, more personable employee would have made ALL the difference in this disappointing experience. A complete waste of $10!

This place is ridiculous! They never have what is on their menu. It isn’t opened all the time either, not the advertised times anyway. It is just so unprofessional. Plus, my daughter worked here and her last hours she worked, the owner decided not to pay her for. So, my daughter is taking her to court and it is tomorrow and my daughter will get her earned wages plus court costs reimbursed to her. This person that owns this business is just a mess but thinks she is always right. She is from WV but she did bash Kingwood/Preston CO. to my daughter when she was working there. She doesn’t like Kingwood or our County so why is she here?

A recent classic in downtown Kingwood. This is the go-to coffee shop and it's located conveniently across the street from the courthouse and county government offices. They have really good food selections and the breakfast entrée menu is delicious. The food along with the coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, teas, and other drinks they make for customers, Brew Ha Ha! is a place to definitely consider when you're in Kingwood.

What happened to this place!?!? After the change in ownership, this place is a joke. They don’t have 3/4 of the items on the menu! The portions wouldn’t feed a bird either! The bacon on my sandwich was thicker than the chicken. Never seen anything like it. This used to be my favorite place too. C’mon guys!!!

I am thankful that they are now open until 4pm so I can stop in for my afternoon coffee. The new owner(s) and employees are very friendly and seem to be improving on things the previous owners had overlooked. The coffee is more flavorful now and not over roasted.

Visiting from out of town. Chose this place because it had great reviews. Very disappointing :/ Nice people and cute shop with nice atmosphere but it took forever to get our food, they were out of several things that we tried to order, my salad came without half of the toppings that were listed on the menu, and the coffees that we ordered tasted very watered down.

Not sure if it's the table full of junkies or the absent minded cashier that's completely offputting. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes for a normal cup of drip coffee that arrives cold and weak. Truly disappointed that this is the only coffee shop in Kingwood. Very disappointing.

Great coffee. Will stop again when I pass thru. Menu is regular restaurant fare, not much for vegetarians. Even toast is done on same grill as meat. Great of you eat meat.
