We had our big family of 5 there to eat this past week for breakfast. It was super busy and we thought about maybe we should go somewhere else. I'm glad we stayed! We ordered our breakfast and it was not only fast service but the food was hot and delicious. I noticed a worker while we were eating just running her butt off making sure that every customer had a positive experience. Every time she took an order she smiled and made that person feel welcomed. I had my husband go up to her and ask her what her name was and he let her know how good a job she was doing even during the busiest times. I just want to say Kudos to Lori Dewitt for giving our big family and im sure others the best experience at Kingwood Hardees. All I can say is upper management better keep her around because she Is really helping your store.

I would give it 1 star if I could. I ordered a breakfast burrito, and the ham was spoiled. They watched me throw it away, and wouldn’t refund the money. They wanted to give me another one with most likely the same ham.

Halloween music and decorations were a nice touch! I went for the warm biscuits and gravy and received the best service from a young lady named Kenleigh. Keep it up, you're representing Kingwood & Hardee's well with your great food and wonderful service.

9-18-25 at around 11:30 Got 4 biscuit and gravy had a long dark hair in the one biscuit and gravy the hair was in the gravy which run it for all four went in the trash

I stop in every morning for coffee and a loaded burrito the manger cayce always smiles and offers me a breakfast sandwich but I always get the same thing. Cayce is a wonderful manager and I will be back again I love the food and the people's.

We watched them warm our burgers in a microwave. The fries tasted awful, like they have been laying for hours. We ordered milkshakes and they were just half full. The restaurant was filthy. We used to love Hardee's but we won't be back.
Just not good the fry oil reeked as we walked in and the girl who took our order didn't even call out the number or anything just yelled here's y'alls orders like who ???? Jeezuz
