Place an order about 10 minutes before they closed. Got there two minutes before the drive-through was supposed to close and they would not give me my food making me do a refund and cancel my order.

On s veral occasions have had issues of not getting all I ordered and or the food was cold an not fresh jus today it happened again my fish sandwhi was thrower in the box apparently cause the tartar sauce was in the box not the sand took it back an still it wasn't as hot as it should be been y'all are redicoulas an this is going to hurt your business !!😡

The McDonald's in Kingwood West Virginia suck their ice cream machine is never working and it's always broke down I need to take it to Joy recycling junkyard and quit advertising ice cream McFlurries because they don't sell ice cream there

Ordered from the kiosk this morning from inside the restaurant and proceeded to wait 20 minutes before someone asked if I had ordered, after employee tries to find my order the manager comes over and asks what I ordered and kept interrupting before I could spit out what I ordered. The manager then went in the kitchen area and started to berate the employee and said here it is that’s why I said what what What! After finally getting my bag I get home to find out the only correct item I received was my orange juice. Thanks Mcdonalds I enjoyed my 14$ orange juice. I am done!
