The young woman at the counter was outstanding. She helped me with the kiosk and redeeming my rewards. I wish all workers had the level of customer service she displayed. Helpful, efficient and friendly!!!! A real credit to her employer.

Went through the drive thru line at 10:48 and they closed at 11:00. Automatic saying came on saying they were closed and to return at their normal business hours. Very poor service and laziness of staying open 10 more minutes

SHOULD BE MORE FREQUENT ON THE HIRING PAGE AND NOT DOING WHATEVER I PUT SOO MANY APPLICATIONS IN THE MCDONALD'S IN KINGWOOD WV AND NOT EVEN SINGLE PHONE AT ALL OVER THE 10 APPLICATIONS I PUT IN ITS ABSURD AND STUPID NEED A NEW HIRING MANAGER PRONTO AND NO LONGER WIFI EATHER AND SUPPOSED TO BE SERVING (FREE WI-FI)
If I could I would give them 0 star rating I have visited the kingwood wv location 3 times this month the first time I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and fresh fries the woman waiting on me got a attitude with me about it and when I recived the meal the fries was not even hot and there was cheese on my sandwich the second time I visited there I asked again for no cheese on my sandwich and once again recived my meal with cheese and today 8/20/24 I went in to order stood there for 45 mins and no one come to the counter to even wait on me for 30 mins then one woman came up and said we are out of alot of stuff and walked away I continued to wait another 15 mins and still no one came up to take my order the was pouring soda out of 2 liter bottles for people in the drive thru but would no even come up to say hey I am sorry we are busy be with you when I can or anything there was even a woman waiting with a cast on her foot and stood there for a long time until she couldn't handle standing anymore this is completely uncalled for I will not be returning to this location anymore
