We pulled off the main road to stop at this place after driving for many hours. We were pleasantly surprised to see the menu and we ordered garlic breadsticks a small veggie garden pizza and the pepperoni pizza. The food was hot came out quickly and the staff was super sweet. If you are in the area you should definitely visit this place.
The food is great but hours are crazy. Like right now...Saturday 8pm I call and they say they are closed but the website states they are open until 10pm?? Idk.
Service was excellent and so was the food. I live in North Carolina now so I dont get back often. When I do I have to have a Pubwich. Roast beef is my favorite but both are excellent. Im back in Waynesville now but I think about the end of this month I'm going to run back to West Virginia to get another one...see you all soon...
Love their baked spaghetti. Mmmmm
They were closed 2 hours early on a Saturday night with no postings, hour change, or phone message. The line was busy so we drove there trying to place an order but they were closed.
Very good!
This location (the original) has improved greatly in the last 2 or 3 years. Even though it's less than a mile from my house I quit going there because I had gotten orders that were ready bad and the wait was 40 minutes in the shop and during that time the young men who were working sold one pizza at took one phone call while I waited for one sandwich. When they finally brought it the bun was completely cold and it hadn't been cooked at all. NOT the " hot ham & cheese" I ordered. MUCH better recently. No complaints!
I love this
Bad service! Hours stated they closed at 9:00 pm on Sunday and was accurate as when I called but they said they were closing at 8:00 pm due to “being slow”. It’s a Sunday! What do you expect compared to as a Friday or Saturday?! Do other places close because they have a slow spell where people don’t order? This is just poor customer service as a company. I wont be ordering from them again even if it means driving an hour away.
It's the perfect excuse for calling in sick. I just say I had Ginos last night and BOOM! Excused.

My sandwich and fries were good, but the server was in a bad mood and kinda hateful.
Food is good building just needs a remodel on the inside.
Good food and fast. Needs to be cleaner.
WOW ? THIS PLACE IS GREAT.... We typically get pick up through the drive through.... Food is delicious and hot. Manager is very friendly and always Thanks US. Our little dog MILO loves to peak out the window and catch the wonderful smells of the food cooking. We love the Sausage Pizza, Cheese Sticks And Steak Sandwiches... Definitely one of the BEST GINOS in the TriState. 5 STARS
Jamie is third generation owner. Great service & food?
