We drove down from Athens, Ohio this morning to visit Heritage Farm. We were not disappointed! Having visited several places similar to Heritage Farms across the country, lI must say this is my all time favorite! Such wonderful displays, informed and pleasant staff and oh so clean! Kudos to each and every one of you. I’m certain Mr. Perry is smiling down on you.
My family purchased a membership to heritage farms as a birthday gift for our toddler and we absolutely love coming. By our third visit of the year many of the staff knew our son’s name, and helped get him out of his shell. They have gone out of their way to make every visitor feel incredibly welcome. It is a Disney level of customer service. There are so many things to do and see you really need a full day to experience it!
My son and I went to the Christmas Village. The place was stunning and the staff is amazing. I can’t brag on it enough. I will definitely be returning.
